Why the fuck would someone like bob want to live forever anyway. How would immortality improve his already shitty life? So that he gets to consume the eventual 214th Star Wars movie in his lifetime?
He believes that by then he can be on spaceship and have a better robotic body than his current one.

I can't remember what the exact quote was or who said it, but it was something like, "Why would you want to live forever if you get bored on a rainy afternoon?"

If Bob lived forever the way he does now, it would be eons of impotent hatred and unending worship of increasingly mediocre pop culture. So basically hell but with more Marvel movies.

It's the typical futurist bullshit of thinking there's yet untold wonders we still haven't discovered yet and they want to see it. Which, in our vast universe is probably true, but we have enough trouble leaving the speck that we're on that Star Trek just isn't going to happen in our life times. It's not like any of them would have been great explorers when the whole world wasn't mapped, they would have been the people at home wringing their hands and talking about how God would punish them for their hubris if the sea monsters didn't eat them first.

Which, to be fair, so would I but I have no illusions that I'd have been anywhere near Captain Cook's crew without running into a press ganger.

One year ago today, Bob got fired by the Eacapist the second time.

Or, put another way, "One year ago today, The Escapist got rid of both the stupid and the problems a second time."

Speaking of which, is there any information as to whether or not The Escapist is doing any better without Moviebob's presence aggresively toxifying their website? It would make me really happy to see increased readership as a direct rebuke to Moviebob's vile persona.

...when The Escapist fired Bob the second time, they gave Bob the rights to his shows they retained when he was fired initially back in 2015. That to me, shows just how bad he burned bridges with them. His narcisistic behavior and obessession with twitting non stop is the reason he’s in a financial hellhole, no friends, and no prospects of a promising future.
But... but... Moviebob was supposed to be on a rocket right now speaking incoherently with extraterrestreal life because he consistently votes for the one U.S. political party that is actively trying to destroy America from within!

Once again, Bob falls into the homophone trap.

>"Wanna see the same two pictures? Watch Tom Brady throw a pass, then watch ME"

This tard actually thinks that being a pretentious wanker who watches movies is comparable to being a professional athlete.
If I wanted to see the same two pictures at the same time, I'd place one of Moviebob's portraits right next to one of Adolf Hitler.

Many errors and oversights here on Moviebob's part:
  1. Nowhere in the U.S. Constitution do the words abortion (aka infanticide) or reproductive rights appear.
  2. Moviebob says "racism is a REAL bad thing that should get people in trouble", yet Moviebob is provably guilty of spewing racism (his frequent usage of "obsolete whites" is both proof and eivdence of that).
  3. Donald Trump didn't win because his campaign was a "30-year anti-feminist campaign against Hillary Clinton"; Hillary Clinton was, is, and will eternally be the aboslute single worst candidate ever to run for America's top office. Trump was a selfih oaf; Hillary, like Moviebob, is what pure, unfiltered evil look like in humanoid shape.

Pot, meet kettle.

Bob has long made it obvious that he's insecure about the legitimacy of film critique as a genuine job. I have a sneaking suspicion there's the ghost of Pa Chipman lurking behind that sentiment. It's no wonder he thinks The Critic is the greatest show ever, it's what he WISHES he was.
Bob is correct on one aspect: The Critic actually is a great series that should have been more popular. The problem here is that, while they're both unafraid to be caustic with their opinions, the cartoon's Jay Sherman is actually a likable character who's funny, honest, intelligent, and actually seems to care about others. Moviebob literally has none of those four traits.

Ok Bob let's put aside the fact that there are such things as "professional critics".
You know, aside from the fact that the barrier of entry for criticism is "having a place to put your opinion".

Dave Chappelle's the Closer on RT.
1634408779716.png

Let's see, for me it says 43 percent rotten with 7 reviews on the critic side.
What's that really mean though?

1634408864765.png

That's 4 negative reviews out of a sample size of 7
This is compared to the 2,500+ score of 96 percent fresh from the audience.

That's not really a fail for Dave. Critics don't have the weight they think they do over the audience.
Money talks and opinions are like assholes, everyone's got one.

Ok but who are these people? Wait a minute...

Oh the one mad about transphobia claims to be a woman who wrote "The Transgender Manifesto"
Hosts something called ESTRADIOL ILLUSIONS.

Here's what they said about the last special.

This person has a track record of disliking Dave's work.
Their entire review of Dave's special is centered around what he has to say about gays and other races.

It seems to be a pattern, since nearly each one of these reviews uses the "phobia" meme at least once.

This dude Kevin, a non-protected h'wite mayo man says that cancel culture isn't real, which of course must be true because Dave Chappelle, one of the biggest comedians of all time, who also happens to be black, a protected class these days, is still rich and free to make things.

So, TL;DR.The critics are at most representative of .16 percent of the rotten tomatoes audience rating and writing reviews.
Now the question Bob, is why are these people put on a pedestal?
Because...who is watching this special? Who pays Netflix? Actual viewers, not politically motivated critics.
This is why Gamergate happened lol. It's also why the critics are still talking about it.

Dave can be cancelled by other people all they want, his core audience does not care at all.
Patrice O'Neal may he rest in peace breaks down why Dave isn't throwing his real audience under the bus just to please the LGBTQ whatever people.

You would think Blob would, as the immortality pills take time to be made, would keep himself in good shape, because at the very least working out when younger will help you live longer so when he gets the life jab he can stay better. I never suspected Blob to be a chronic alcoholic but I can't deny it now.

I would hope with him saving money living with his mom he can finally upgrade his 2012 computer and mic and maybe buy real editing software.

One of the critics that Bob is saying knows better than all of us normal watchers.
97 views since upload in August. You know how some people here grab RLM and Mauler and Critical Drinker videos and compare their first 24 hours of views to Moviebob's to show how small his audience is? We could do that to these videos using Moviebob as the popular example.

Also, 1 upvote and 10 downvotes. Comments turned off. Viewership drops off the further you go down the playlist (some playlist, it's just one standup routine split by topic) though with a standout 64 (!!!) views on the LGBTQ Infighting vid, more than the videos on either side of it combined. The entire thing has less than 300 views across the 22 vids.

Yeah, this all sounds about right for someone with such a deep understanding of standup that they get to tell Dave Chappelle what's funny.

Moviebob's naturally misogynistic response:
View attachment 2632050
Here's my response:
"...so Moviebob is basically Roger Ebert for cinephiles who prefer their critics to be fascist, racist, sexist, AND insultingly stupid. Got it."
You know that jab at her also can read as a jab at Brie Larson. In any case, thanks for showing how sexist you are Bob

Yep, but also so he has more time to achieve all his goals.

The average lifespan for an American male is 78 years. Bob is 40, so he's in the second half of his life. Factor in his shitty health and he's likely to die well before he reaches 78. And what has he accomplished in all that time? Not much. He's barely made a dent in his desired goals. Because he's a lazy bastard, and he knows it. But, if he has more time, he's more likely to get around to his accomplishments and will have more opportunities without needing to change his current lifestyle of being a lazy piece of shit who tweets all day.

Also, he has no legacy besides the mockery. When he dies, he'll be forgotten almost instantly by the internet except for those of us who bring up his eugenics and hate. His family will mourn him and then move on with their lives. His few remaining fans will just find someone else they agree with and forget about him. He will leave behind no wife, no children, no grand works that will stick in the memories of everyone for positive reasons. His niece and nephew will forget about him, and while remembering their childhoods may tell their children they had an uncle who died before they were born, but those children won't care about their great uncle enough to remember those stories. Other lolcows will take Bob's place and people will stop talking about him.

Within a generation, Bob will be completely forgotten by everyone. And I'd say for him, that's the worst part of all.

Eh, I can't penalize him for dunking on Marj. She is a legit psycho bitch.

That's not exactly a rare or edgy opinion though.
Yeah she's a crazy bitch, but Bob has no right to talk given he believes that spectacles from science fiction would be good without practical applications, wants a cure for death, believes that any state that voted for Republicans must be nuked, and views the world in a lens of nerds vs jocks to this day.

Bob is probably equally crazy or moreso.
