Government is a monopoly on violence. If something can't enforce the law, it is not a government. Even the lolbert utopia of an ancap society would still have something like courts to enforce agreements between free parties.As if the existence of violence is some disproving quality in an government's ideology. Of course fascism is violent as is any governing ideology.
The fundamental difference between communism and fascism is that communism has state ownership and control of the means of production as well as what is produced, while fascist states still dictate the "what" in what is to be produced, but allow private ownership and allow the private corporations to decide the "how."
This may not be morally better but it's more efficient and it's literally what fascism is and does.
