Didn't have a black female as a CO, but had them as a platoon sergeant, a platoon leader, and once as a 'team leader' one time.

The only bad experience was the 'team leader' but that was due to the chip on her shoulder and the fact that her whole time was white males seemed to bother her for some reason.

Being a drill sergeant/drill instructor/military training instructor is one of the hardest jobs in the military. Enlisted people go through basic training once. Your drill sergeants go through basic training every X number of weeks. They go through a tough training school and must work within frequently-changing regulations and directives. These drill sergeants are evaluated on the job by more senior drill sergeants, their first sergeant, and sometimes their commanding officers.

They have the job of taking largely undisciplined civilians and turning them into soldiers, sailors, airmen, Marines, Space Force Guardsmen, and Coast Guardsmen. Those who are out there "pushing troops" can work hellacious hours, always expected to be perfectly groomed and look great in their uniforms. Drill sergeants can change uniforms several times a day on a hot day. They'll get the salt stains out of their campaign hats by putting a little rubbing alcohol on the stains, which brings up the salt to be brushed off. These men and women have to be able to handle any emergency a trainee has at any time. You can bet many, if not most drill sergeants, have had to deal with a recruit harming themselves or even committing suicide to get out of the military.

Not all drill sergeants are volunteers. Some can be put into the job involuntarily, making things even less pleasant. This lady may not have wanted to be a drill sergeant. Not all drill sergeants finish their tour successfully, for various reasons. That's one job I sure wouldn't have wanted to do. I was an instructor for several years, but an academic instructor. MUCH different, even though I wore the same instructor "cookie" on my uniform as a military training instructor. About the only places in the Air Force where you might see officers as military training instructors would be Officer Training School and the indoctrination schools for Medical Corps/Dental Corps/Judge Advocate General Corps/Chaplain Corps. But you would also have NCO military training instructors there, too.

Biden has no real supporters outside of vote blue no matter who NPCs. The vast majority of people who voted for him did so because they hated Trump, and the progressives wanting to push their agenda know it's not really his but they've deluded themselves they can bully him into supporting it. So he may well have gotten the most votes in history (unfortunately even with the states in which we saw a lot of fuckery I do believe Biden 'legitimately' won a popular vote victory; California and New York alone saw to that), but precious few of those voters did so because they believed in him, unlike Trump or Obama. And as he's finding out, it doesn't mean he has anything resembling a mandate.

More or less, yes. It actually started with Republicans, believe it or not. Groups who were growing increasingly annoyed at having no power due to the Democrats absolutely crushing the culture war of the time. They banned together slowly with a set of shared, elitist ideals and made inroads to forming a significant power block. This block managed to massively grow under Reagan due to second term Reagan being... well, a bit unwell. Left increasingly to their own devices they consolidated power beneath them. This did not go unnoticed, and controlling a much larger footprint in the culture of the time the Democrats rapidly built up their own version of it.

These competing parties, at the time, came into stark contrast with the loss of George H. W. Bush and the election of William Clinton. Cast into the wilderness at what they perceived as their peak., the Republican cabal in this began to plot and consider while the Democrat Cabal consolidated its own power. At some point near the end of Clinton's second term, the deal was struck. The Democrat cabal offered a deal to the Republican cabal and they sorta merged as the Uniparty. Evidence links to the biggest catalyst being the disputed election of George W. Bush, the Democrats at the time didn't want Al Gore due to him being outside the Democrat cabal at the time, whereas Bush was in the Republican cabal.

It would appear that in return for 'throwing' the election disputes, the merger went on and the stronger Democrat cabal came to be the major focus of power. Bush being hated helped, and Obama winning and gutting the barriers the Republican cabal put in ensured it was a Uniparty dominated by the Democrat Cabal.

The UniParty is essentially an amalgamation of several factors over time. If you want a pinpoint to when "it all came together" it really isn't that easy to define a specific time, since its more of a timeframe of corruption to its current incarnation.

You can argue when it started with the birth of political parties after Washington or after the Civil War with high partisanship. In my hot take, the current incarnation began in the 1900's election when megacorporations like Standard Oil were buying the presidency (William Jennings Bryan was robbed of his cross of gold) and choosing who was the VP by name (Teddy only trustbusted because he was chosen as VP to move him off the playing board until McKingley was shot).

The 17th Amendment also played a role in establishing this Uniparty, which is at its core the elite who want to retain and expand their power. The 17th Amendment allowed states to hold statewide elections for Senators, instead of the previous way where the state legislature nominates the US Senator. This was lobbied by corportations in the 1910's so they could save money by not having to switch filling the pockets of a different Senator or funding different campaigns every 6 years. Before the 17th, the average term of a Senator was less than 6 years, or one full term. Afterward, it exploded into what you see today.

More modern incarnations came from the growth of the Intellegence state and the increased influence of the Military Industrial Complex, causing politicians to be more enamored with money and power than actually governing. This started under HW Bush, accelerated under Clinton with NAFTA, throwing globalism into thw mix to make more money for the sake of people's jobs, W Bush went along with the MIC and war money path while ignoring the damage Clinton did to the manufacturing sector, and Obama played both sides making the most money in the process, and became the poster boy for the Democratic side ( and even general) of the Uniparty. Trump fought both, was given the boot for it, and made Republicans unreliable for Uniparty goals and motivations. Now Biden is applying the globalism edge again while pushing wokism and Coof politics to silence dissent and grab more power.

The rich and influential also grabbed onto the politcial process as time went on, becoming political players and advocates. In the 80's, reporting grew from a blue collar job to a white collar one, absorbing the profession in the process and becoming the mouthpeice of the cabal by association.

TLDR:
Modern versions started in early 1900's with corps buying the presidency and Senate seats with 17th Amendment. It only further corrupted the governing process from there. More recent versions are from HW Bush onward, where Republican Unipartyers went after war money and Democratic Unipartyers went after globalism money.

Trump's percentage increase overcame Obama, I am the view Trump won the popular vote.

Obama had 69 in 2008, 65 in 2012.

Hillary has 65 in 2016.

Trump grew from 63 to 75 in 4 years.

Romney had 60 in 2012 and McCain was at 59 in 2008.

That is a huge jump even if Biden ran up his totals with NY and California.

It's not going to stop now. The problem is we didn't gate keep society so shit is going to keep hitting the fan harder and harder.
