He's also said he's actually diagnosed bipolar, but he refuses to take his meds because they make him "not himself."
This is a common theme along people during manic episodes of bipolar. Rusty's problem is that he's never not been manic enough to take a step back and realise what an absolute mongoloid he's being, and a big part of mania is self-importance and delusion, as well as thinking all your ideas are excellent and important and spending large amounts of money on stupid shit like music videos and hookers.
If you think about it, if he'd been medicated from the get go the thread probably wouldn't exist, because he'd be self-aware enough to understand that doing things like stalking women and suing Taylor Swift aren't things that normal human beings do.

It could be. We have no evidence of Russ ever being severely depressed. Severely self-pitying, yes. But we haven't seen a genuinely depressed Russ, I think. That doesn't mean it doesn't happen, just that he keeps it to himself (which would make sense, I suppose -- when he's up, he's chatty and bragging about his imminent successes; when he's down, he just sits in his grotty little apartment and eats chocolate pancakes).

If it is bipolar, I'd bet there's something comorbid. Anxiety disorders and ADHD are the two big ones; Russ claims anxiety and the 6's seem to imply a lack of attention to detail, which is a very ADHD trait. But there's no reason he couldn't also have personality disorders on top of the bipolar. That would explain why even when he's not (hypo)manic he's still an arrogant, delusional little pipsqueak.

Oh! This case really means a lot to Russtard? Well that changes everything then. I'm sure the judge will now take him seriously and award him the judgement he's looking for because it means a lot to him.

How is this asshole still alive with that level of entitlement? You'd think he'd be freaking out every single day no matter what happened. But of course he does, just not in public. Instead he slurps away in his tard bunker, throwing pillows around, making up power fantasies where he stands up to all the bullies and then all the pretty women there line up to suck him his penis. I mean that's how well adjusted and rational people handle these things right?

He patronized the judge. Repeatedly. One thing everybody should know about how courtrooms work is that one should never piss off the judge. He will unleash a wrath within her of the likes he has never seen before.
But it's her fault because she didn't let him explain. This is why he has to file this new motion. And he'll continue to do this until they either tell him, in plain English, that if he continues this they'll treat him as a vexatious litigant meaning he won't be able to file his lolsuits anymore. Or he'll be held in contempt of court for pissing off the judge.

This is 100% a leftover from his childhood.

Adult: “No Russell, you can’t do that/that’s not fair to the other children/it’s not your turn/that’s not how things are done…”

Russell: “WEHHHHHHHHH B-B-BUT!! It means a lot to me, this is real important! This is important to meeeee!” (Shrieks while lashing out blindly at others)

Adult: (sigh) “Fine, all right, just stop having a tantrum.”

Look, people here say they don’t wish Russ dead but the fact is that if he was run over by a bus tomorrow the world would be a better place.
This would be the only way his tardPAC would actually make Nevada safer.
Just show the driver this thread. It'll do more good than therapy and cost less. We're doing a public good.

Show the mayor instead. Then the driver will get a key to the city.

Lack of motivation is also a symptom of ADHD. That would explain why he half-asses everything and shits out awful results. His narcissism is what make him think he's entitled to the same reward as someone who created a superior result.

This should be fun. Your Honor, you're wrong because reasons the most important reason being that this is really important to me, respectfully, Rusty
B-b-b-b-but my feelings are really hurt! Sure I didn't state a cause of action, because I'm fucking retarded, but REEEEEE!

It just amazes me that this jerk, who barely eked out a legal assistant certificate from a backwoods technical school or whatever, is telling the judge that she totally got it wrong.

It also amazes me that someone who is old enough to be an adult uses the argument "It's not fair" in a written document to a court.

I really, really hope that he gets hit with costs, at LEAST. He's such a blight.

This literal retard, this mongoloid, this fucking cretin, is telling a federal judge who had to be appointed by the Senate that she is wrong.

She's running into his inability to understand that other people don't think like him and that yes, it is possible for her to find his arguments (I use the term loosely) unpersuasive.
