Rep. Jim Banks suspended from Twitter for misgendering trans government official Rachel Levine

Dr. Rachel Levine is the first transgender person to hold a Senate-confirmed office.

Oct. 24, 2021, 12:02 PM EDT
By Ben Kesslen

Twitter suspended the account of Rep. Jim Banks, R-Ind., on Saturday after he intentionally misgendered a senior Health and Human Services official, Dr. Rachel Levine, the first transgender person to hold an office that requires Senate confirmation.

Banks, who represents the northeastern corner of the state, was responding to the news that Levine, HHS' assistant secretary for health, had become the first woman to be become a four-star officer in the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, saying the title of admiral and the honor were taken by a “man.”

Twitter said the comment violated its hateful conduct policy, which prohibits the “targeted misgendering or deadnaming of transgender individuals.”

The platform temporarily locked Banks' account, saying he would regain access upon deleting the tweet.

Banks decried his suspension on his personal account, saying he was punished for “posting a statement of FACT.”

“I won’t back down,” Banks wrote. “I’ll be posting on my personal account for the time being.”

Levine, the nation's most senior transgender official, became the first openly transgender four-star officer across any of the country's eight uniformed services Tuesday.

"This is a momentous occasion, and I am honored to take this role for the impact I can make and for the historic nature of what it symbolizes," Levine said in a speech at her swearing-in ceremony.

Glad he's not backing down. Levine looks like a man in a wig and a dress.

I know in pre-hispanic aztec culture, they had a ritual where a woman had her head cut off and then she was skinned. A dude priest would then squeeze into the woman's skin and skin-walked as the goddess Toci

This is what I think about when trannies talk about being shamans and shit.
There's always more horror to discover when it comes to native Mexican and South American cultures. I've never heard of this but it is easily believable.

Researchers have found carvings of mushrooms that look exactly like a psilocybin mushroom at Aztec archeological sites. Some have theorized they were used during religious ceremonies. Maybe the Conquistadors did us a favor.

All those brave communist troons do not realize that they are the biggest gift to the right wing since Pinochet. All that conservative parties in anglosphere countries have to do is say “hmm, maybe six-foot linebacker rapists are not ladies actually and women should not constantly be told to suck their girlcocks” and they can peel off a huge chunk of the other side’s most reliable and stolid voters, get voted back in, and then continue fucking society to death. Thanks, trannies.
I think there's a good chance that mainstream conservatism is eventually going to cave to troonism, though. In America at least, "conservatives are just progressives driving the speed limit", as Michael Malice says.

I dont have anyone else to tell this to because everyone left me because i disclose to them things of no relevance and end up in violent narcissistic rage.

Here i go disclosin again.

As its asexual awareness week i want to announce that i am crispy aromantic duck.

Actually i think ive done that joke once before. But god help me if you point that out (an act that can only be reasonably described as holocaust by the way) i will type up the most vivid piece of fiction about how i punished/educated you for no one to read on twitter.

I honestly dont have the time to magic up a grievance and then angrily type about it because i have to dilate the wound formally known as penis and if im late the room wont properly ventilate before i go to bed.

Also stop sliding into my DMs because i keep leaving skid marks everywhere.

Omfg, /r/Phallo is horrifying.

Someone paid good money for this skin tube. Lady says it has zero sensation post 3 months surgery:

How can anyone look at this and think it looks good or realistic?

edit: This is some of the worst leg scaring I've ever seen for a phallo:

:cryblood:

I had life-or-death surgery that removed a giant chunk of meat from my inner thigh and around at the start of the year. By now I only have a discolored line where the flesh fused back as it grew without suture (infection risk too high to sew it up). Why powerlevel? Let it sink in, I came out better from surgery for something that almost kills me, while this schmuck, that wanted this shit majorly for aesthetic reasons, fucked up her looks so badly.

I don't know if it's some sort of custom karma for the ridiculously insane or what, but while surgeons can work fucking miracles, they aren't gods. They can't turn meat A into meat B. We aren't machines where an equivalent bit can just do the work.
All this for what? A shitty dick that looks like the scribbles of people who can only barely draw, or a shitty dick that looks like a terrible uncooked sausage roll. Fantastic. As someone else already said, just get a strapon. It's not going to feel like a real dick, but neither is that.

Alright, let's indulge the clown world logic. Nothing beyond this point is serious.
Dunno, lady, add some turbo-engines to the strapon and make it so it turns your bean into cream every time you thrust. If you are a man now, you should have no issues getting nerdy with some hardware and put together a cool invention with some good old-fashioned elbow grease and tinkering autism. There's a bit of a gearhead in every man, let it fly, girl. Oh, right, it's a fetish. We aren't getting cool things from this mess.
I know there are gearhead girls too, but these usually aren't.

Now, who wants to put some good old-fashioned elbow grease and autism into making the turbo-strapon? We can power it with biofuel, made from recycled penises from MtFs, and then spin it as "the ghost of a dick" is powering their sexy times! They'll be getting that euphoria orgasm from the last organic gasp of a real dick! And then they can go on with their fucking lives (physically) unharmed! We'll make a fortune. Kiwi Science team, assemble! (but volunteering for testing requires filling a form).

When the fuck was this? I'd like specific dates and cultures please. Im so tired of this argument. The whole "twin spirit" thing is bullshit (and likely been deboonked in this very thread) and shamans were not trannies. The majority of spiritual leaders throughout history were men and women. I don't know why they think pant shitting, schizoaffective trannies were the source of entire culture's spiritual guidance.
They're almost certainly latching onto "two spirits". It's basically impossible to find anything useful out about two spirits because it was an invented term made up during the 1990s, but if you use the older term "berdache" then you can find some old ethnographic papers looking at it
The berdache existed in many tribes throughout North America. The occurrence of this role was especially great among the Northern Plains groups. The berdache as a socially sanctioned role with shamanistic characteristics was found in the Assinaboine, Crow, Cheyenne, Mandan, Omaha, Teton, Yankton, Santee Sioux, Cree, Hidatsa, Blackfeet (Schaeffer 1965:200), and others. In general, the institution of the berdache consisted of men and women, who during a vision quest (a formal projection) were instructed by the spirits to wear the clothing of the opposite sex and/or perform certain duties of the opposite sex. Yet the acquired roles were by no means identical to the normative male or female roles.

Among the Winnegago, the berdache was consiered a man who had obtained his transsexual form from the spirit of the moon (Lurie 1953). These berdaches performed female tasks "better than any woman," according to some informants, but were clearly not limited to them. They foretold future events and functioned as shamans, yet not all shamans were berdaches (342). However, the initiation into the role of either shaman or berdache-shaman seems to be structurally similar. Many Winnebago berdaches carried their inversion to the point of marriage with other men and the adoption of children. Generally the Winnebago berdache were highly respected. Lurie states that the Winnebago berdache institution was similar to those of adjacent tribes such as the Omaha and Pona (354). Noting the widespread occurrence of sexual inversion throughout the Siouan groups, Lurie suggested diffusion.

Perhaps the most notable of all female role inverts was the Kutenai berdache, Ko-Come-Ni-Pi-Ka. David Thompson's journal mentions her, as have others, and traces of her memory seems to have lingered among the Kutenai for quite some time (Ibid:190). She was apparently unattractive and had an oversized physique. She was greatly teased because of this. ACCOT~ ing to Thompson, Ko-Come-Ni-Pi-Ka married one of her male White servants. This husband, so the berdache claimed, had performed an operation transforming her into a man. She explained to her people that the White Man had great spiritual power and had caused this transformation. The berdache attired herself in leggings, breech clothes, and other male articles, and carried a gun and bow. In an attempt to further substantiate her male role, she desired to marry a female. The girls refused at first and were punished for the disrespect of the berdache's newly acquired status. The Kutenai berdache assumed the role of a warrior. This was extremely unusual for this normally peace-loving tribe. A warrior, and a female at that, had to possess incredible courage and skill to face the martially oriented tribes across the Rockies (Blackfeet). Ko-Come-Ni-Pi-Ka eventually left the Kutenai and became a prophetess among the Chinook. There she predicted disasters, disease, lowered fertility and the establishment of reservations. Accordingly, she played an important role in the spread of the Prophet Dance. This wide travelling berdache was credited for the introduction of the ritual among the Mackenzie Athapaskans in 1812 (Ibid:201).
It was agreed generally that the berdache was a man who had taken on this role because he had been directed to do so by the moon, a female spirit, at the time of his vision quest. The berdache dressed as a woman, performed women’s tasks better than any normal woman could perform them, and had the ability to foretell future events. However, not all Winnebago prophets were berdaches. One informant mentioned that berdaches sometimes married other men, but no data were obtained concerning the attitude of the society toward the husband of a berdache. Most informants felt that the berdache was at one time a highly honored and respected person, but that the Winnebago had become ashamed of the custom because the white people thought it was amusing or evil. By the time the last known berdache attempted to fulfill the role, his brothers threatened to kill him if he “put on the skirt.” This berdache then affected a combination of male and female clothing, fearing that he would die if he did not at least attempt to follow the directions given him in his vision of the moon.

The Winnebago term for berdache is very uncertain. The last known case in Wisconsin was called dejáŋčowiŋga, usually translated as Blue Lake Woman (dejáŋčowiŋga-dejáŋ: lake or sea; čo: blue; wiŋ: female name ending; ga: name referrent suffix). In Nebraska mention was made of another berdache who had lived in Wisconsin and was called čoranažiɲga or Standing Blue (EoyanaZigga-Eo: blue; ya: article; naii: to stand; wig: elided with naZi as nazig, female name ending; ga: name referrent suffix). The term šiáŋge was suggested as a general word for berdache by two Wisconsin informants, and it was translated by several people as ‘(a no good,” “a eunuch,” “an unmanly man.” This word was still in common use in Wisconsin in 1947, but was used among young men as an insult or teasing epithet. These young men claimed to know nothing more about the word except that it carried connotations of weakness and effeminateness.

According to M.R., a party of Winnebago once went on the warpath and were badly beaten. One man, the only survivor according to his claim, returned to his village. There he recounted his valorous deeds at the side of his companions, and said he had escaped only because the enemy had left him for dead. He was accorded great honor until sometime later another member of the party returned and told how the first man had fled and hidden out in the woods when he saw that the battle was going against the Winnebago. The cowardly and dishonest warrior, on the decision of the police (bear) clan, then had to take on the role of a woman and lived in disgrace the rest of his life.

If you expand the quotes you'll see a couple of anecdotes that undermine it a bit. I think it's safe to say gender in Plains Indians was a bit complicated at times, but usually they were directed to become cross dressing shamans because e.g. the moon told them to do it during a vision quest, and there were still separate people who became "two spirit" as a punishment, or because they flat out wanted to and weren't shamans (with one berdache claiming the white man had magically made her into a man... so she just lied, basically).

This wasn't universal across tribes - the Gros Ventre and Arapaho didn't have berdaches, and they were very aggressive (where it may have made sense for softer blokes to opt out of being a man and become a shaman). It's also worth noting a lot of the anthropology is second or third hand on this subject so some of the information is lost (the Winnebago who were willing to be interviewed were all from Nebraska and didn't know as much about their history as the Wisconsin Winnebago who refused to discuss it with white people). I think it's more of an example of "your religious belief system can result in you doing or thinking something strange" kinda like how Nuns used to walk around in habits declaring themselves "brides of Christ" and having ecstactic visions where they had multiple Jesus-induced orgasms while claiming they were able to levitate rather than "trans people are prophets of God" - bit of a cart-before-the-horse type situation.

I'd also add that if you aren't a Plains Indian who's practicing the animist worship of Wakan Tanka it's not really relevant to you. Even if you're 1/18th Sioux. And of course, Native American religions were heavily impacted by contact, so it's hard to tease that out (for a comparison point the Ticuna you sometimes hear talked about as a "gender anarchy" South American tribe flat out admit they weren't doing that stuff 15-20 years ago and were influenced by seeing Western television, so are no different to someone deciding to wear programmer socks and cat ears).

Meanwhile:

Lesbians and gays: Trans ideology is taking away our ability to name ourselves, to have our own communities, to advocate for our own rights, to organize freely and have safe spaces just for us, is subjecting us and especially our youth to conversion therapy, and is even taking away our right to sexual autonomy. We are constantly sexually harassed and even raped by heterosexual trans-identified people, who also invade all of our spaces so we cannot have safe spaces just for ourselves, call us slurs, and otherwise engage in rampant, wanton homophobia. This is incredibly dangerous to lesbian and gay people, especially young people who are being told that their sexuality is wrong and bigoted.

Trans activists: You lying bigot transphobe TERF! 😤😤😤 How dare you! You're lying and I bet you're not even gay/lesbian, you're just an evil ugly straight white hag witch c*nt lying to make the trans community look bad! I bet you're an alt-right Nazi who wants to skin all trans people alive! Anyone who listens to you is literally a Nazi transphobe and is literally murdering transwomen right now!

The irony is... really something. As usual with trans activists, they only want you to "listen to marginalized people" so long as the marginalized people are saying what they want to hear.

I wonder if shroom trips are partly responsible for all of their human sacrifice and cannibalism?

So you‘re telling me Buffalo Bill was a fucking rip-off, Ed Gein was inspired by aztec culture and literal skinwalkers existed?

Flesh Puppet and Meat Puppet are apparently both taken as band names already, so there go my hashtag ideas.
I would add #feminism for good measure, though, that seems to excuse most bullshit.

Speaking of delusional people mutilating themselves and celebrating it.. This is what they have been indoctrinated to believe (and spread to others). Whatcha think, guys? Troll or a genuine account of a troon (claiming fake intersex status, because of course) being molested by another troon who basically wrecked his genitals?

I've seen the "we wuz Shamans" shit countless times on Twitter. Not once have I seen them name a time period or a specific society where this shit happened.

Like many other issues they screech about, Twitter troons can't provide even a shred of evidence to back up their lunacy.

Folk religions in particular often embrace liminality (the spaces between defined boundaries) so it would not surprise me if the crossing of culture-specific gender roles was common in some forms of shamanism. This does not relate to modern trannies though because modern transgenderism does not embrace liminality and if anything tries to destroy it (a man dressing as a woman MUST BE a woman; there are no in-between spaces allowed; even “nonbinary” must be relegated to its own fixed category)

Veneration of eunuchs also seems to be reasonably common in Eastern faiths and Gnostic Western ones that see the material world as either sinful or as an illusion to be escaped (depending on the faith, either because eunuchs have destroyed their own chance to bring more evil matter into the world, or because they are rejecting the world and its cycle of death/rebirth) and this does have interesting parallels to modern transgenderism, which is somewhat based on a rejection/denial of embodiment.

I think there's a good chance that mainstream conservatism is eventually going to cave to troonism, though. In America at least, "conservatives are just progressives driving the speed limit", as Michael Malice says.
Could be, but it’s more a matter of abandoning former conservative causes when they become unpopular (because modern “conservatism” is a grift/distraction from said grifting, rather than a set of actual principles). If they think they can get more votes by rejecting trannies they will keep rejecting them (or at least claiming to; they don’t actually give a fuck)

Whining about increased violence (that they cannot actually give any examples of) while in the same thread there is a highly upvoted comment about punching a woman for the crime of expressing her own views on Reddit. Gosh, I wonder why these guys are losing support? Must be Dave Chappelle.

I can't help but LOL at this. His ramblings are hilarious. A "micro vagina not visible to the naked eye"? Did he sit on a nail as a preschooler, which then progressed into an abscess that burst and created a permanent tunnel to... some other body part? Either way, he's full of shit. Literally or figuratively. My guess is the latter, even though the former would be hilarious and rather unique.

It should always be kept in mind that ideas about civilizations are filtered through centuries of propaganda from people who wanted to make themselves look justified for destroying them and stripping the places they lived of precious raw materials. If you look at those famous Aztec sacrifices, they mostly relate back to the ways the Aztecs did war: the Aztec warrior ideal was to capture as many enemies as possible in battle, and then bring them back to be sacrificed, whereas the Western ideal is simply to kill as many enemies as possible while still on the battlefield. One is more horrifying to us because slaughter on the battlefield is normalized in our history. But in practical terms, both methods end up with the same outcomes (your war enemies being horribly killed).

Anyway, human sacrifice is bad obviously, but it’s interesting to see how we (myself included) react viscerally to the idea of cutting an enemy's heart out for the sun god, whereas an Aztec would have probably thought the same thing about stabbing someone on a battlefield and leaving them to die in the dirt in their own blood and shit, rather than capturing them like a noble warrior.

I think you have a point in general, but the Aztecs are a bad example. They deliberately went out of their way to be obnoxiously cruel and brutal, even from a more culturally unbiased perspective. Like their practices were distinctively barbaric even by mesoamerican standards, compared to other tribes in the area at the time.

Like European warfare at the time was pretty cruel, but more as a side effect, not a deliberate goal.

As a first gen mexican-american, I agree with your statement that colonizers hyperinflate negative aspects of indegenious populations. I recognize that the Aztec culture had it's disgusting religious and patriarchal side that clamored for blood, but that isn't all there is to the culture. There were also amazing poets, philosophers, and scientists in Aztec culture as well. If the Aztecs were nothing but savages, then they wouldn't have developed such an astounding civilization in the first place.

@Marvin I dunno, man. The European crusades were nothing more than an excuse to go fuck with Muslims and plunder the holy land.
