Monica Rial / Monica Jean Rial / Rialisms & Ron Toye / Ronald Toye III / rontoye3 - 5th Bulma and Ron "Pick Up the Phone or You'll Find Your Dog Dead When You Get Home" Toye

I could come up with reasons, but I like this narrative better so I'm sticking with it until we have more confirmation one way or the other.
If there's one thing the remote control chihuahua has proven it's his inability to shut up, the lurkers will tease and troll him into an answer while Monica is busy getting rear ended by Michael B Jordan.

So. If the appeal goes through, there's no reason for Monica to not throw Ron under the bus to save her own fat ass.

I can't wait to see his meltdown if/when it happens.
Actually would they have to keep the same lawyer? Could Monica pay off Lemoine and fire him if the case comes back?

Regardless, if the case comes back I'm expecting Ron to go full Joker mode

Somewhere, sometime soon, despite his kind nature, a man in extremely gay pants will throw his head back in laughter.

The absolute state of Ron Toye III.

If this is true, he's at her mercy now in more ways than one. His only chance is that he also has dirt on her. If it's not true, this will infuriate him like few other things could. Beautiful either way.

One way or another, this news being out there will make Ron SEETHE.

We keep separate accounts and a joint account for bills. The reason we are not officially married is schedules. We own a house together have been together for almost 6 years . Marriage is a piece of paper and a party at this point.
Let me check the list off, we own our house together :) we have a shared bank account, we have been together almost 6 years........ its almost like we are married without the little piece of paper that says we are LOL! You all put a ton of weight on this and we love laughing at you all. It is funny to watch the conspiracy theories you all think up.
LOL. Do you think a piece of paper is what makes a relationship or is it the commitment? The "wedding" is an antiquated function of society that we would do just to give her parents the opportunity to have a wedding. If it was up to us we would just go to the JP and keep moving but we are in no rush, maybe the winter, maybe not, but we are happy, successful, and on the right side of history :)
Well, that is understandable, but why rush to get married? Also, we both have insane schedules. Getting married really only is a piece of paper and some additional tax benefits. I love her the same and she loves me the same married or not. We wanted to do it this winter but the lawsuit happened and then Covid. But, one day, we will get married, when the time is right.

This is what I am wondering, too.
Since they would longer be considered a single party (technically, they never should have been since they weren't married to begin with), would they have to get separate lawyers to represent them in the lawsuit should it come back?

I give it three months before she metoos him if they broke up.
Countdown to rape accusations from both sides!

Ain't nobody raping these hoes.

At any rate, we can verify whether there was an assault by cross-referencing given dates with geological events reported in the region as well as whether Ron shattered his arms in an undisclosed incident.

Every now and again, I get a little bit down, and I think, the universe is not fair or kind. Good people struggle to make ends meet and live good lives, while bad people seem to get away with heinous crimes and never seem to struggle for money or friends.

And every so often, a glorious story unfolds where you get to watch the life of one of those bad people just completely disintegrate and fall apart around them.

Now, for just the ultimate top tier kek, the appeals court needs to make up it's fucking mind and we get to watch the exceptional meltdown from whatever side loses.

If their interests became adverse to one another, they'd both have to hire new lawyers separately.

Lemonparty was their TCPA ExpeRt though. He's already done his part. If their case comes back, he's not still on it.

Not only her, Lawtwitter, the animu cliques and #metoo will drop him like a hot potato.
"It was only because of this toxic male that the appeal went through! I always thought something was iffy about him."
"@Rialisms, you should look into a restraining order against this creep. Love you and your work."
"Monica didn't really do anything wrong, it was Ron's fault that this blew up. Why should she suffer for his actions? They aren't even together anymore."
"@Ron Toye's employer Did you know that one of your employee is a known abuser who stalks his ex-fiance?"

Ron is fucking done if a breakup gets confirmed and the case comes back.

Ron & Monica have separated. The duplex they were renting is currently for sale. In July, Ron took out a 30 year, $356,250 loan to purchase a new home. It is 100% in his name. The house he and Monica owned prior to selling last year was a 50/50 split. The pair had been engaged since 2015.

Ron and Monica's old place, purchased in 2016 (and sold in 2020), where they were both listed as owners / borrowers on the deed.

Although they were never married, Ron acted like they were and cited their shared ownership of a home as evidence of their commitment to each other. He had excuses as to why they never got around to tying the knot after being engaged for 5 years (at the time of these posts).
LOL way to go Ron. So much for that FUCKING FIANCEE you touted on about so much.
