Booo ID manies need to make sure ID girls content are not haram and Islamic friendly (Moona get suspend a month last year for go on religious rant) else they will get “honor killing” or stone to dead by religion of peace mobs.Roberu simps are true chads, or wait, what's the girl equivalent of Chad? Casey? Candice? Carly? Calie? Anyways...
Nadeshiko is Japanese? She sounds Aussie... Thanks for the recommendation
Serious about Skinship or sexual harassment? Cause, Matsuri isn't a predator no matter how much you want to read into amusing stories by the Hololive talents. Bet ya'll still think Sayuri hates Kanata and Rushia gets really sad about pettan jokes.
Ohhh boy, the duality of manager whining. JP manies are based cause Niji / Holo collabs are easy - Polka and Himawari 3D even - but EN manies won't let Pomu collab with Kiara cause they don't want to lose EN's market share. BOOOO EN managers who ghosted COCO.
BUTTTT EN manies are based cause Ame can go to town while JP manies forced COCO to graduate.
Anyways, I think we can all agree that ID manies are the best - other then the ID talent not being as popular.
IRyS is a solid choice. If AZKi decided to part way I would not blame her since her request to transfer from INNK to Holo was turned down due to JP middle management stick their finger up their asses too high (Suisei luck out).To be fair, Nayuta/Azki was planning to graduate this year, so she's a special case
Luckily HoloEN mannies team are rock solid so far especially their take of want to grow HoloEN as a completely separate entity from their JP counterparts (sad Coco and Haachama noises; this also explain the current branch rivalry between HoloEN and NijiEN if it was true that interbranch collab was shot down by either sides).
With Ame on the team, if they can just unleash her potential (more room to wiggle), every major EN collab will have a lot of production values since Ame had a rock solid external contractors like Seafoamboy and Walfie (get rekt Holobass). Her external contractors pick has been chef kiss so far. The somewhat downside is that HoloEN3 audition will get more fierce hence NijiEN is scramble to get as many as they can but another NijiEN to HoloEN Luna might happen (if that happen hope those NijiEN mannies and Nijifag would not get too much autistic).
still better than that troon dragon hosting prop hunt. Ame might commission people to make quality SFM avatar for all members to use in Gary mod if she happen to host one. It’s not about “what” but “when” when it comes to Ame. All those streaming techniques had been overused by game streamers since Vanoss days. When Twitch allow e-thots to run around, those techniques were fade away. Vtuber reckoning brought those back and dethrone e-thots.Look I got tons of respect for Ame's proactiveness in setting shit up.
But fam she at most commissioned some artists/modelers and arranged a VRchat this isn't the the territory of some second coming of creative jesus christ here.
I get the praise when it comes to stuff like her outfit reveal where she did a pretty genuinely new spin on it. But most of these "visionary genius" moments she has are just doing what other streamers and vtubers have been doing for years and then having the money to pay artists to make it for her.
Ame is great but some days I wonder if folks just don't know that a lot of this stuff has been mainstream and normal for a good while and think she's actually out there inventing the wheel.
tl;dr: basically a Talent School like Talent Companies in Japan and SK has. Bold move from Anycolor because their focus on the streaming media is contradictory with how Talent Schools such as this work, making multi-talent idols/entertainer. A more Idol like group like Holo benefits more from things like this than the dynamic Nijisanji has
Edit:
Also the free of charge thing is kind of scary by the way, since the way these things are operated is that they recoup their cost by taking huge cuts from the graduates' revenue. Sometimes even all of them
Luna graduated from Niji and joined Holo so there’s a somewhat precedent. if there’s an EN equivalent and if said girl is big enough (hope it will be Lyrica for the lul though that would make the “put tanks in a mall” degenerate infested Holo) there will be Nijifags meltdown for sure (there’s a tickling time bomb SJW currently in NijiEN so chance that some girl who just want to stream in peace will jump ship once the SJW diseases spread within Niji). This part does have me scratching my head a little.
I think Anycolor aren't so stupid to perform a scam right in front of everyone, mind you. If they aren't paying for the streaming equipment of 9 people I can't imagine their risk is very high.
Perhaps it's simply worded that way to entice applicants. 'This isn't something you'll have to pay tuition for' kind of thing. Opening this up, telling members to pay, and then potentially not signing any of them on would be a recipe for PR disaster.
If they make Kson an instructor that will be spicy AF.Anycolor has finally shared more details on their 'Virtual Talent Academy' (VTA) that they announced about 4 months ago.
They will be debuting 9 members — 5 men and 4 women — in 30min relays on Nov. 4. It's unknown if they'll get their own channel or if they'll all be operating under the main YouTube Channel for the sake of brevity.

The goal is to give people who are brand new to streaming the opportunity, education, and experience of a V-Tuber, so that they can either go on to join Nijisanji, or at least have the professional experience of working under Anycolor on their résumé to join other corporations. This accomplishes a few things:
1) It alleviates the unofficial 'Experience required' bar to entry most big corporations have; as the likes of Nijisanji and Hololive tend to favour people who already have a history of streaming or content creation.
1a) This essentially protects all of them from having their past lives and identities found out by conventional means, as there is no past life to find.
2) It allows Anycolor to trial people they think have potential in a real streaming environment towards a live audience (it'll probably be much smaller than Nijisanji debuts by design, so I wouldn't expect much cross-promotion).
3) It adds more stability to, and improves the health of, what is a young, 'Wild West' industry by offering literal training programs free of charge (Anycolor is fronting all the costs, it seems).
Overall I think this is a really good initiative. I'm sure there's going to be a lot of skepticism but the worst it can do is not work out. It gives the 'normal' person an opportunity to make a career of themselves, rather than be the unfortunate souls who applied for the same spots as, say, IRyS and Millie Parfait, and didn't stand a chance.
UPDATE:
Found more info of this from its initial application form.
• Japanese nationals only (duh).
• Promising students will have an offer extended to them to join Nijisanji.
• Anycolor will be paying for everything (except maybe their own equipment).
• The members will have a management team behind them.
