At this point, I think the Prosecution has fucked their case so hard, there's zero reason to put Kyle on the stand. They would have everything to risk and very little to gain by doing so.

Yeah. That's the thing. The prosecution is trying to do the best they can. But the facts of the case just don't do them any favors. I don't understand why they even decided to charge. It's a losing case that only gets by on the long-shot of political biases.
