I'm not sure how some of you can think the pajeet bros are good dudes when their answers are shifty as fuck. So many inconsistencies in their stories. They very obviously don't want to be blamed for inviting Kyle and friends onto their property to protect it.

Because we don't see that as a moral error on their part. Only a legal one. We don't necessarily see someone punished for something we don't think was wrong even if legally it could be. This could be their entire family's livelihood built up over two generations wiped out.

I don't think this current brother at the least knows anything about anything.

He was laughing and enjoying himself when the judge was cracking jokes earlier today.

Someone's not happy, and his name starts with Bing and ends with Er.

But its ok tho AAAAALL of tRANCE!
BUILDINGS GOT LIFE INSURANCE

Were there no depositions in this case? Why does it seem like this is the first time Pajeet has thunk on this in the last year?

Cagey about what damage happened to the property and when

Holy fuck at this point ask him if he knows what 2+2 equals, guy can't give a straight answer to save his life.
He's doing anything to not implicate himself and land himself in a civil suit and I forget who said it but thought that there was an insurance scam going on which is looking more and more likely. Neither are mutually exclusive.

Because there just some pajeets who don't want to get sued into oblivion. The jury isn't going to believe them over Dominic Black, and they're going to be pissed at the prosecutor for bringing the Super Curry Bros. in for no reason.

Not allowed. The prosecution isn’t really incompetent honestly. It’s a shit case.
Yeah. That's the thing. The prosecution is trying to do the best they can. But the facts of the case just don't do them any favors. I don't understand why they even decided to charge. It's a losing case that only gets by on the long-shot of political biases.
