THEY HAD PLATES, BUT DIDN'T HAVE THEM IN ALREADY IN THAT KIND OF SITUATION! :story: Holy shit, that is beyond dicked up.

not surprising at all. Ferguson pd got tons and tons of heat for rolling out in plates during 2014. its the same with not rolling out fire trucks and hoses, the optics are shit. maybe they dont want the eye of the DoJ on them.

summer of love is very, very real.

That was definitely the impression I was getting from the ZoGbot in the witness booth, yes. The way he described it made it sound like Kyle was advancing upon them in some sort of threatening manner (While also not seeming to be a threat, apparently?). Obviously this is ludicrous, but I'm slightly fearful that the jury may have gotten the same impression.

I think it would be a drop in the bucket compared to all the actual hard evidence and testimonies that support Kyle's innocence, however.
With how long this trial is going, I really think this case will be won or lost during closing statements.

I wonder if Merrick Garland is enough of a vindictive little goblin to charge Kyle with civil rights offenses, guilty or not guilty.
He would, but the optics have kind of shifted on this though so that might be a bridge too far even for him.
He can't. Kyle didn't hard any protected classes.
Well... he did, but they'd have to name that particular (((protected class))), which I can't imagine they'd do.

Always use archive my dude when using links especially if they're from slimey mainstream outlets.

But the article basically says he shouldn't have been there because he's a white male and how dare he shoot peaceful protesters.
Speaking of Lefty, I remember some speculation in the riot threat (I think) speculating that Grosskreutz was actually allowed to possess the handgun because he only had misdemeanors. Nope

Is there a single prosecution witness that's actually hurt Kyle so far? They've either self destructed on the prosecution or in McGinnis's case actually tried to help him. With Chauvin there was plenty of back and forth.
I understand the reasoning comparing this to Chauvin's trial, namely the wokeoid media spinning a narrative in an attempt to influence the outcome of the case, but they really have nothing in common.

With Chauvin and Floyd, one retarded asshole collided with another retarded asshole, and one retarded asshole ended up dead on the pavement. The video looked bad for Chauvin and he looks like an asshole. I don't think he got a fair trial (lol Brandon Mitchell) but at the same time it's not really a hill most people want to die on.

With Rittenhouse and Pedobaum et al, it's this goofy babyfaced kid who works as a lifeguard and spends his free time scrubbing off graffiti from buildings versus a convicted child rapist, a convicted domestic abuser, and a convicted armed burglar, all of whom were actively putting Kyle in fear for his life. Only they were shot, no innocent (for a given value of innocent) bystanders.

The facts and optics are overwhelmingly on Kyle's side whereas they weren't for Chauvin.

He can't. Kyle didn't hard any protected classes.
MAPs on suicide watch

So the issue isn't that this guy was coming at the kid out of the blue. The argument is literally "he shouldn't have been there, so therefore it's murder for him to stop people from killing him."
I swear it's like a DNC memo went out to all retards or something because that's now what I keep find myself seeing from people when calling for him to be prosecuted.

blah blah blah he's 17 ASSAULT RIFLE but uh why was he even there like...? muh state lines! underage!
Okay? But he was there. What about the pedos starting fires, destroying businesses, firing off their (illegal) guns indiscriminately, bashing cars in, etc.? What about the fact that the reason they're all even there in the first place is because another jogger rapist was rightfully shot when reaching for a weapon? Yeah Kyle was there, and when he was people tried to kill him.

Is the argument that he should've given the pedophile straight out of the mental hospital and off his meds his gun after that same pedo charged him and threatened his life? Should he have let his head get bashed in with the trucks of a skateboard all because he didn't want the first pedo to kill him? Should he have let the next guy shoot him point blank after pretending to surrender for not wanting to get crushed with a skateboard after not wanting a pedo to kill him? Is that really the argument in play here?

I can't believe the prosecution wants this asshole anywhere near the courtroom, then again they did call Huber a hero so they'll probably call this one a saint

They would also have to explain how Kyle could have (((known))). Would be hilarious enough I hope they try.

There is so much shit that I wish would get leaked to the jury. It is not a fair trial unless they know everything about who wanted to kill Kyle, then who wants to imprison him.

This isn't a trial. It's a battle between the forces of good and evil. I do not say that lightly. Thomas Binger, and everyone on the Pros, is genuinely evil for doing this.

If I were chauvin and I had this judge, I'd have taken a bench trial.

The video made him look so bad, and juries don't like smug asshiles. I really think the "no pulse" interaction probably damned him to man slaughter, but based judge may have left it at that.

Kyle has a legetimate (20% I'd say) chance at a directed verdict. I think the judge will go with the theory that if rosenbalm was justified then the other two almost had to be, so the real question is going to be about rosenbalm.

I'm not sure that as of right now there is anything in the record to contridict McGuiness saying that Kyle shot rosenbalm in a confrontation over the gun. I think the judge might just say that with that and the video no reasionsble fact finder could come to any other conclusion.

The judge won't do that. Not for a high profile case like this.

What genius at the DA thought this was a good witness.
Whatever genius decided the plan was to confuse the jury and leave them to their emotional, gut feelings and preconceived notions about the case.

11 white women on the jury.

Edit: Oh shit 50 new pages since I took a nap today. Did I miss some lols?

He was arrested and charged for these things but if I remember correctly then he was never convicted for it.
So he was allowed to carry a gun.
