I think Piece of Peace said he was probably making ~$2 per thousand views, yet he's gonna sit here and act like he needs an extra hundred dollars to compensate for the DMCA claims.

Also, when he says, 'I'm making ZERO ad revenue in November!!', let's just everybody pretend that he doesn't get pretty much perpetual residual ad revenue by virtue of the fact he has tens of thousands of videos. He is straight up trying to scam people right now by overblowing what will literally be a loss of a few dollars per video as though it were hundreds.

Wasn't it just a week or two ago, when he was lying about where all his income goes to, he told everyone on his stream that his income from Youtube is pretty much nothing these days. Now he cant make money off the ads and its the end of the world... I wonder how much he actually makes off youtube ads in Nov-Dec to make him act like this.

"Today, it's not like that. Today I very much rely on you guys crowdfunding 'cause the money I make behind the scenes on YouTube stuff is negligible. It's very little, it would be considered supplemental income. I could never make a living on the ad revenue that I make on my videos on YouTube today."

So is this a precursor to dropping Guardians or turning off the music?
How would only 70% be blocked? That doesn't make any sense.
EDIT 2: "Good evening Guts. Speaking of which, Guts the Black Swordsman is here tonight everyone!"
1. He's here almost every night
2. Who the fuck is he that anyone should care, Phil? Remember, only you know if he has been running whale socks
Much like he's trying to make himself the new pog, He's trying to make guts the new Snowkarl. It's like the Seinfeld bizarro world episode.

I wish someone would debunk the debunking. Where he debunks things said and then we counter those with more statements. We obviously have resources and archives for it. Is it just not worth the time because he just lies too damn much?

Even being super generous something like 90% of Phil’s daily views come from old videos.

It's also a really bad indicator for the health of his channel that his daily uploads of new videos are getting almost no views. A handful of 'likes' and comments from his remaining tards isn't going to turn that around.

He gets like 20K to 25K daily views on a channel that has like 65K videos. That means any given video on his channel might generate 1 view every 3 days. Probably the vast majority of his views are from people who don't know him searching for a random game, clicking on part 1, and then never watching anything else from him.

It would be interesting to know how many people have his channel blocked from Recommendations.

If the fat git blocks the music, he kills a very great part of the game. Starlord's ultimate move alone is followed by a song, let alone some really great story moments and fights.
Might be because I don't play that many games, but I don't remember the last time a game had such an amazing soundtrack.

I wonder how hard it would be to convince his chat to stop tipping directly and instead donate Nintendo/Sony/Microsoft credit to him. After all, if he’s crying poor about being unable to afford games, this is the obvious solution! And because Phil hates games not called WWE Champions and he can’t use the store credit for it, he’ll end up admonishing his audience for it and looking ungrateful to even the dentest of heads.
It’s be the same thing as offering a homeless person a sandwich instead of money and them getting mad.

Sound the alarms and use an ad blocker, Piggy made a video on Guardians. Big ups @David Davidson for the tweet.

It really does say something when Phil's complexion is starting to match the colour of his wall. Also, nice job of pawning off your problem onto the chat in your typical scummy way, Phil. You should probably fire off an email to Teespring to get your store back.

And then there's this gem from last night:

Copyright laws are different in different countries. Perhaps it's geo-blocked in the States but not elsewhere. No idea where he got 70% from.
Actualy you can see in the uploaded video where your video is blocked. For example I uploaded something and Youtube decided it was partially blocked in the UK (only UK). Also Youtube then gives you a number according to your curretn viewership data and then calculates that x % from your viewership can't watch it because they come from said countries. If his video is really blocked in the US and most of his viewers come from the US I would suspect he is truthful about the 70% of blocked viewers.

But if it's a US company claiming copyright (this is my assumption as well as him being in the US), how would anyone be able to view it?

The Guardians crisis rages on. Read bottom to top.

What can you do to help?
Click that like button, subscribe, and hit that bell for notifications.
And give money, dammit.

so,,,like a few days ago he was making fun of content creators who ask you to "smash that like button" going as far as some autistic tyraid about smashing the like button so hard and often you break your phone...

He knew the licensed music would be claimed or muted, he said it himself but now it didn't go as planned.

oh DarkSmeagolPhil...

bonus, youtubegaming is trending I have no idea why but content creators are using it to promote their channel you know for that discoverability he spergs about so often and he's sitting here whining about something he knew was going to happen.

do you want me to run your tournament for you youtube to run your channel for you?

EDIT - you know... For someone who's toxicity/reputation/past transgressions/racism and just being a grifter could very well trigger another adpocolypse I don't think it would be wise to bring attention to his ad revenue on youtube and how important it is to him in november. Just saying...

It's all due to legal issues as far as my understanding goes (royalties maybe?) and who holds the rights to what in whatever country you're trying to view it in. Might be the same reason why companies such as Netflix have different films depending on which country you're watching in. All I know is sometimes a lot of content I want to watch is blocked due to 'X company has blocked this content in your country on copyright grounds' and I have to use a VPN to get-around it.

This kills his channel more than the detractor following on YouTube does, and that's no easy task. Phil knows it, too, that's why he runs away from acknowledging it by constantly blaming trolls for poisoning the well. He's way too much of a frightened little baby to admit that anyone who gets past his garbage rep is going to immediately see exactly WHY he has it the instant they watch his actual stream and are assaulted by disgusting noises. And then there are the throat-clearing, burps, and snorts.
