Didn’t realize there would be any trial stuff today. Is there any way the defense can argue against the inclusion of that retarded fuzzy drone footage?

Too late now, the jury saw... something. I wouldn't worry about it. Even autists here struggled to see what was meant to be seen.

I don't think he even cares what bunch of retards on twitter think.
William Shatner & Friends aside, not many 70+ year olds are on twitter, tbh. In fact most people, period, are not on Twitter.* As Chapelle put it, "it's not a real place."

*And of course, the number is lower than it otherwise would be if Jack did not instaban anyone and everyone who fails to acknowledge that stink-ditches are literally indistinguishable from a real vagina--even to a gynecologist. I mean personally I was hard or soft-banned more than TWENTY TIMES in the roughly three months I tried to spend on twitter (got bored during ChinaVirus Summer) before finally concluding that maybe it just isn't for me.

EDIT: I mean if you can't tell trannies what whacked in the head pieces of shit they are, why bother?

I genuinely don't understand the obsession some people have with "crossing state lines" . That's the least interesting and important aspect of this case, and I've seen it brought up constantly. Isn't main issue here whether Kyle shot people in self-defense? Who gives a shit what state he did it in? It like saying worrying about whether someone accused of murder in Pennsylvania crossed state lines to buy the gun in Delaware so he wouldn't have to pay sales tax on it.
In their minds, crossing state lines makes the whole thing federal, which fits with their fantasy that the state department is going to swoop in and charge rittenhouse with multiple counts of crossing state lines to commit first degree murder with a deadly evil black rifle while being white.

Fuzzy picture was on rebuttal.
That for sure, the fuzzy picture bullshit -was- the rebuttal. They didn't put up a fight after the judge slipped in his wrap up. The first was sketchy at best and the last was likely not even going to be admissable.

My worst case prediction for today:
Backdoor Binger in the last few minutes of his rebuttal turn will finally produce Ziminsky as a surprise rebuttal witness to directly refute Kyle, claim Kyle pointed the gun first AND Pedobaum was just trying to save Ziminsky from the Proud Boy ZoomerShooter.
Jury has to be wondering why he was never called when his name kept coming up.
He as much as said that he intends to try and use a Provocation exception to torpedo Kyle's Self Defense claim, since he told the judge yesterday he'd like Provocation included in their jury instructions.
He's trying to make up for the charge that was dropped.
If Binger was finally able to flip Ziminsky into testifying by threatening him with an arson conviction, he will try to backdoor him at the last possible moment to fuck the defense without any notice.
Judges really don't like surprise witnesses or evidence.
No, that's him more trying to pin Kyle for recklessness and being way over his head, him trying to downplay the hand gun's size would show that.
Not sure how a juror would be able to sit there and not say 'but grosscrust had a gun too'.

The argument he shouldn't have been there, much less with a gun while others had them also, is laughable. Also, is bingo's twisted logic that Kyle wouldn't have shot someone if he had a handgun since he made a big deal about the size of an AR?

Not sure the jury would appreciate it.
As a parent, I buy the "he shouldn't have been there". It's a phrase I've used repeatedly on my own fuck trophies, and will continue to do so.

With that being said, "you shouldn't have been there" is usually contained within a rant as relief washes away the worry and stress when your kid does something you didn't want them to do.

Legally, Kyle was fine to be there as anyone else that night. The curfew wasn't a law. Mama Rittenhouse probably wanted his ass home where she could put 2 eyeballs on him at any given time. But Mama Rittenhouse isn't the state.

Parents discipline children for stuff that they do ALL the time, without the state intervening. For example, my kid could absolutely break my curfew and get hit by a car while in a crosswalk. He's not supposed to be there under my rules, but he was still being lawful by being in the crosswalk.

Why does he have to be hit by a car? Couldn't he just be slapped by a cute girl--or something?

Seriously some of us are treating this trial like a packer game. And maybe pre-game drinking like it to. All the packer parties I've ever been to, had a small tv in the bathroom so u don't miss anything.
Sucks when the feed goes down for a minute when I'm pooping like nooooo

Even though Kyle is from Illinois, he will always be a Cheesehead in our hearts.:heart-full:

And the comments don't disappoint

The level of stupid it must take to post comments like that non ironically is mind boggling. Its literally a blatantly obvious joke. Yeah, sure, he totally thinks that chinese food comes over from china. and you can sure tell none of these idiots has ever actually watched anything on fox news if they think thats the kind of thing the judge must be seeing on it

That said, I can just see all these idiots collectively gasping and having a monocle pop out of their eye like a shocked 19th century prussian officer at hearing the judges comment

I quote Binger himself, "it's just a handgun" ......

I'll keep saying it for the doomers, Binger's lines of questions and rebuttals were an insult to people's intelligence and the jury is no longer listening to him or is now hostile to him.

Isn't the jury a bunch of white women though? He's probably banking on them not knowing shit about guns.

Some of them are Gun Owner´s after experiencing the Summer of Love.

Edit: Ninja´d

You don´t need to know anything about a gun other than them being used to shoot at something.

To a normie a gun & AR-15 are just different tools to shoot a bullet. Which makes the whole "a hand gun is less of a threat" pointless and a waste of time

It's -Wisconsin-. Literally a third of the entire state owns a firearm. If you exclude Milwaukee and Madison, that bumps up to just about fourty percent.

Correction: My numbers were a bit of date, it's 45%, nearly 50 dropping those two cities.
