You know somewhere some tard on Twitter is seething and making this about race for no fucking reason.
Also it's good that there is no negrating on these forums anymore, it only meant people got into autistic sticker fights, but ffs we need a doomposter sticker and the ability to automatically ignore posts with too many doomstickers.
People whose expertise of the law and courtroom proceedings is entirely based on watching Better Call Saul are running their mouths about things the defense should or shouldn't have done and talking the umpteenth time about how Kyle is now crow-chow. The defense is doing a good job, they know what they are doing, they have a clear strategy in mind. The prosecution has done nothing to provide any credible evidence... and here's the fucking thing: Unlike Binger who clearly can't read a room, I would not be surprised if Richards and Agent 47 are well aware of how the jury reacted and they once more taking a calculated risk.
Everything they do is taking calculated risks. If you think there's a surefire thing they should or could do to just magically resolve the case, you've watched too much Hollywood dreck, full stop.
People bitched about Kyle speaking in front of the jury, now that we just recently learned that he's suffering PTSD, I wonder if they knew he'd crack the moment he comes to the point where he has to talk about how he shot Rosenbonzai and used that to show that he is no hardened killer. They clearly trained him well to stick to his story, to make precise deliberate answers and to avoid certain bad phrases and to use certain good phrases ("I shot until he was no longer a threat"). So they took a calculated risk of showing how Kyle suffers and to make him not just a case to decide about to the jury, but an actual person whose fate lies in the juror's hands. And I think it worked... I at least hope so.
We don't know how this case will go, but doomposting is just fucking silly. Worse still, it's fucking tiresome and annoying.
