That first one is tricky. It’s been photoshopped, but the model’s chin length, brow shape, hands (hard to tell with gloves, though), foot shape, and elbow angle all look feminine. Might just be a very tall, broad-shouldered woman. I don't know which changing rooms this Hugh Laurie lookalike is using, but I think he's being a tad overdramatic. Maybe it's different on the continent, but this guy sounds like he's in Bongland and I'd be willing to stake my last jellied eel that most women here are not as keen to strut bollock-naked around the changing room after a bracing swim. Poor old Lyra here makes it sound like they splay their labia at each other in public changing facilities like some sort of weird peacock display as soon as he sets foot through the door.
Agreed, the fact the floor is so dirty/cheap-looking despite the place clearly not being lived in suggests he's in a bedsit or some other kind of temporary accommodation for homeless or otherwise transient types.

No one said anything cause no one wants this person to flip out. He already has an issue with his eyes, they likely aren’t looking at him out of deference to that. We’re all taught pretty early not to stare at folks with disabilities and grooms are fast finding their way into that circle.
