If Kyle goes to prison, maybe at some point his case will go to the Supreme Court and other red states will get the kick in ass needed to expand self defense laws.

However Kyle going free is still preferable.
The laws are fine, if he goes to prison then the problem is in society being so epically fucked that they, even in an environment that shuts down outside influence, can't separate their emotions from facts.

But even if he (which is extremely unlikely) gets convicted by the jury, he will still win in appeal 100%!

The judge thought it was a huge burden on everyone and didn't want to unless it was 100% necessary.

But that's easily disproven. The thing to worry about is whether the provocation instructions mislead the jury into thinking "he provoked Rosenbaum by showing up with a rifle" is grounds to convict.

I looked up the instructions

So it looks like it comes down to whether or not the state can convince the jury that Kyle intended to provoke an attack, and whether the conduct was legal or not is irrelevant. Hopefully the defense points out how he basically ignored the "protesters" 99% of the time. If he intended to provoke an attack, he would have been talking a lot more shit.

By such a definition Rosenbaum himself initially provoked an "attack" with his antics earlier in the night, and immediately prior to becoming a Good Paedophile, surely? Where does the buck stop for "provocation" exactly?

I was thinking that what a better way to make his brand explode than defending Kyle Rittenhouse.

Get a lot of goodwill out of it that leads to a higher earnings potential down the road.
You just need to look at Rekieta. His revenue exploded over the last two weeks. If you assume he's streaming for about 10 hours a day, he's pulling in like $600/hour.

I drove from NJ to PA and back. Had 2 containers of Pepper Spray in the armrest box. Should I be worried?
This doesn't answer your question, but also looking at your avatar, 10mm would be the better bear stopper.

Time to simp for Grambo.

They are crying wolf with the use of "white supremacist" to the point where when it's actually applicable nobody will give a shit.

But not like those professional pundits care, they aren't saying that because they really believe in it. They are saying it to cater to their base and add an other floor to their mansions.
They're also saying everyone is a white supremacist to justify everything the left wants to do to them. "Punch a Nazi" happened years ago, and violence against anyone who is supposedly far right is justifiable to leftist activists and the corporate media.

Psychopaths and the vast majority of undesirable people are naturally attracted to leftism because leftist values align with their personal wishes. They don't want to work, they want to pursue their own interests. They have no concept of success. They like the idea of uniformity in the general population because they believe they're above the general population. They have a very skewed main character syndrome type outlook on life. They believe that they're destined for some extra special life and they think "socialism" will get them there.

The social justice is all performative, they only care about themselves and they think that social justice will improve their image. That's why so many lefties end up snapping too. The ones who aren't crazy at first but overwhelm themselves with that culture go crazy because over time it wears down their morale and they begin to resent the very people they preach for.

It's not always a rule of thumb but there's a strong trend.

Any new developments relating to the Jury? I think I heard someone say rekieta said something about them?
5 of the 18 prospective jurors were wearing face masks, so that might be an indicator of where they sit politically. personally i think it's possible they were just trying to be more anonymous.

i saw some tweets from reporters in the courtroom (can't find source, sorry) that said attendees and the jury were in tears during kyle's testimony, but that some of them were borderline falling asleep during binger's cross examination. i think the jury has made up its mind.

(edit: found one)

his stream yesterday with barnes had like 7000 people watching.
i assume some of them newcomers from the rittenhouse stream.
Easily. On "normal" streams he pulls maybe 2000 viewers. When he had major Weeb Wars related stuff, (the depositions, interview with Vic Mignogna) he was 10k+. If he manages his content he could retain a good chunk of those viewers.

And it does prove that these live trial viewings with a panel are very popular. Imagine if he had done that with Chauvin.

Or some are boomers who don't want to risk getting removed by the boomer remover.

Nothing solid, but only 5 of the 18 (19?) remaining potential jurors were wearing masks in the courtroom and the audience seems to think they're on Kyle's side.
