They probably don't! The DA isn't looking over every piece of evidence, and Brady is considered the line you -do not cross- even by corrupt prosecutors. You can play fast and loose with evidence but you -cannot withhold it-.

I can only hope Kyle is acquitted, mistrial declared with prejudice, or hung jury happens and the DA simply drops the charges, because they're going to need to wash their hands clean of this shit and disbar both Binger and Kraus.

This confirms what I said about them taking advantage of the judge and the defense being luddite boomers during the interpolated drone video shenanigans. The prosecution made a big deal of showing it on a 4K TV as if that would be clearer and make it easier to see. Their video had a resolution of 1920 x 844 and the TV itself has a resolution of 3840 x 2160. So in addition to the software fuckery introduced by the state, the TV is introducing its own video processing fuckery to make up the difference in resolution. The fact that the file isn't even 1920 x 1080 introduces even more visual artifacts because it won't scale to 4K as cleanly as a 1080p image would. It's taking all of my willpower not to glowpost right now.

I wouldn't want someone like Friesler in charge of a court. He never got a job outside of the legal system because 1) he was associated with communists, despite being a fervant Nazi ideologue in the courtroom, 2) his brother was a defense lawyer who loved to speak against the Nazis' authoritarian rule while wearing his Nazi party member badge, and 3) nobody in the Nazi government liked him.
