I'm sure if there was a way to buy a new car and NOT have to get full coverage on it, he did it. Not sure how the insurance regulations work in VA so I don't know if it's possible to have a note on a car and not have full coverage.
Edit (more info): if he has shit insurance ie not full coverage and they don't give him anything, the note holder will come after him personally for their loan repayment. Imagine still paying a loan on a car you totalled.

But this tweet, how do you look at that picture and not see a child? Or worse, how do you look at that picture, see a child and your first thought is "I am attracted to that"? And then you go and tweet about it proudly.

I don't know if there's any way for him to talk about an underaged girl now without it immediately being creepy. If he was talking about her and offhandedly said "she's a cute kid" MAYBE that would be ok or "thats a pretty young girl" if the context was right.
