Mistrial benefits the defenses masters more than a loss does. In fact it almost benefits them more because it leaves if self defense against blm rioters is legal an open legal question and kyle might be out on appeal before the next presidental election when they need to deploy them again.

Best case for them was a guilty with no real chamce of appeal or mistrial. But vanilla mistrial preserves everyones ego and an acceptable scenario to the people leaning on binger.

Lol caught red handed with handbrake on his labtop.

LMAO

Someone get that to the judge and have him check the computer in court.
Depending upon the restrictions put upon by the County/State all government provided equipment is required to have sign off for software to be installed. That means a paper trail in some IT system somewhere.

Unless the state let their employees install anything they want, whenever they want, which is both stupid and possible.

If Kraus goes and says "I NO HOW DAT GOT DER!" and tries to blame IT you sure as shit know a BOFH is gonna go "Not on my watch Fat Boy..." and throw up the help desk tickets for requested software install.

If this gets a mistrial without prejudice for some fucking reason which is handing the Prosecution what it wants, I won't even bother watching the second trial.
Especially if Kyle keeps his legal team, baldy is great on cross but they're both sleeping when it comes to calling out the prosecution. They've got all the fire of a toothless dog.

It's a video transcoding software. Basically allows you to reformat, crop, compress, resize, and change video and audio codecs. To my knowledge using it is looked down upon on the seven seas.
Originally it was a really good tool to turn DVDs into files that you could watch that no longer required the original DVD. I mean, it still is, but no one uses DVDs any more.

Someone tell Posobiec that Kraus has Handbreak on his computer. The last time he mentioned something the defense missed on Twitter they went back the next day and brought it up.
Poso watches Rackets' stream, I think, so he'll have already seen it by now

I'm exceptional, what is handbrake?
Anyone use this? What default filenames does it use?
I actually get to flex some autism? HandBrake is a program used to re-encode/transcode a video into a different codec (Like H.264 to MPEG-4, if a device or program can't read the prior one for some reason). Or into a different filetype entirely, from MKV to MP4, because MKV is shit and never runs on anything. You can also just re-encode it under the same codec, or a different one, under a different quality to try and preserve space.

It doesn't have a default filename for an export/render, you have to specify that when you specify the destination, at least in the version I use.

Think about it:

Defense just offered a mistrial without prejudice, and Pros fought against it. Why wouldn't they take the opportunity for another bite at rhe apple?

So to reiterate as a whole, if they were to attempt a retrial.

Every bit of testimony in this case transfers.
Kyle does not have to nor can be forced to testify.
All evidence submitted can be used and objected to fresh.
The entire thrust of the provocation argument is neutered.
The prosecution has absolutely no trump cards left.

It's still shit cause we have to go through all this again -and- deal with jurors. But it's still a better state than it's in now. I'd put it third in line of good possibilities, with Acquittal and Mistrial w/Prejudice beating it out.
