Just got back from a forty-minute walk, and I see that absolutely nothing in this thread has changed, and there has been no notable news. I'm more firm in my belief that we're heading into day four of this.

It's most likely going into day 5, 6, 7 or however long it takes for the Judge to declare a hung jury, main hope now is that the Judge grows a pair and declares a mistrial with prejudice after the hung jury announcement or the DA drops this case like a hot potato because how bad it made the prosecution look to a national audience.
