Calling Wisconsin a purple state is misleading though. Madison and Milwaukee unfortunately end up speaking for farmers, dairy workers, and the rest of the blue collars a lot more than they should. Outside of college students, teachers, union workers, and Milwaukee welfare receivers, the state is red.
At that point the Judge should just say that there's a hung jury and make the decision himself. All I care about is for Kyle to be given the "Not Guilty" sentence. That's all I want. I don't care how it come about (as long as it is legal and within the law.) Wither that comes from the jury, judge or if Kyle is given a mistrial. Just get it done so we can move on.

Usually when Commies or Nazis run a show trial they have the judge openly hostile to the defendent from the start, rather than have a him pretend to side with the defense in order to make a fake underdog story to rally their base and blindside the enemy. Clown world sure is crafty.
The judge just let them break an hour early, and now you're asking if he'd keep them over the weekend? The dude's been bending over backwards to not inconvenience them, to the extent that he gave them the entire court room for evidence viewing, and even refused to sequester them when they obviously should have been from the get go.
While the jury deliberates tomorrow, a group of people could just call every number on that list and ask to speak to the pharmacist and ask when they will be back... Find the one who is unavailable indefinitely. I think that's a silly idea because I don't know how we think this is a pharmacist, and we are not a personal army.
I was thinking of something similar. When you combine Richard's comment about 'a dictionary problem' with being able to take home instructions with notes on them, I think this leaves open the door for the woman to find some definition of 'provocation' or any other term such that, when applied, necessitates a guilty verdict, even if it's not the legal definition the jury is supposed to apply. She'll go in the room with the definition written on her instructions and say to the rest of the jury "this is my definition, it's from an authoritative dictionary, and I'm not budging from it."
Yeah, a recurring theme is that this guy is looking out for his own ass at the end of the day. Can't call mistrial, it might make the media mad!

This is true of most of the country. Cities are blue shitholes, everywhere else is red, but the cities have a higher % population so they call the shots.
No we don't dude. Some countries do, but that's more of a culture problem within *those* countries and not the fault of the religion itself.
