Cursive is a pain in the ass both to write and to read in pretty much all languages. The only languages I've seen where cursive is somewhat viable and easily readable are Arabic and hebrew. Arabic because the entire language is cursive and Hebrew because Hebrew cursive doesn't link letters together.

I don't know about you but I can read that English cursive without any issue. The only challenge concerns the grammar used.

"Absolutely outrageous" behavior means something entirely different in everyday language than it does in a legal sense. By any rational thought withholding evidence, even of a minor variety, is an egregious act for a prosecuting attorney to commit. Or, at least it would be in saner times when such persons were held to a certain standard that helped assure their integrity and incorruptibility.

I've noticed that many schools these days don't teach cursive, so all the youngun growing up don't learn it. It's a damn shame what elementary school has become these days in the states.

cyrillic upper and lower case type is easy but cursive handwriting takes me a while to read

most of the time its the thinness of the letters or them being jumbled up that keeps me from easily reading cursive.

at my school in UK in 80s bringing a ball point pen to school got you the cane. ink fountain pen only with straight or calligraphic nib. this was a low class comprehensive as well.
