Yeah I know we are banking on the idea the courts see through her bullshit and make her pay the fees but that relies on a judicial system where judges are competent and even then right now Josh has to shoulder the fees until any judgement goes his way and even then who knows how much of that he will actually get because Mels is not rich.

I think her strategy now is to just make the cost so high knowing Josh will never recuperate that loss that he finds it easier to give her what she wants. Whether that is a viable option or the courts have a way to stop that I don’t know.
