Worse, do you know what I find truly vile about it? These technics were created and used for real little girls with an underdeveloped vagina (or no vaginal development), and they are still used today, and the doctors talk about the benefits of it for those girls, that often haven't even gone through puberty, the same way they do with the troons, how it's a "benefit" that it's self lubricating and stuff.

Kinda how hypospadias correction surgery can have some of the urethral lengthening issues we are already familiar with at this point (obviously the phallos are complicated by a bunch of other things, but if the male has his urethral opening very low, or even in his perineum, there is no magical solution moving it to the penis tip), but when the medical discourse pretends those issues are totally easy breazy no big deal, parents don't get properly informed of the consequences od those surgeries for their kids.
That stuff makes me mad at the internet cause those adults and their sexual delusions harmfully interfere in the lives of innocent kids born with medical conditions, all the while the adults use those same kids and their conditions and bodies as ideological fodder, pretending to have their best interests in mind. Even make "intersex" a part of their "movement" with the whole "LGBTI" when most of those charities only use donated money to raise "awareness" of DSD instead of actually helping in any material way.

It's cause this is a man that went through completely average male puberty who happens to be able to pitch his voice higher than average and is forcing himself to sing only that higher pitch but it's not his actual natural registry like with the other guys that had some medical or physical condition. He got a "zero depth" vaginoplasty, although the results look more like one of those "nullo" procedures to me. And then he later mentions that he wants to go in (eventually) for a second surgery to add depth...
That is because "zero depth" actually also has no standard practice and the surgeons just do whatever they want (There is a staggering lack of scientific articles even mentioning it, and I haven't found one that actually shares a surgeon's work). Usually most surgeons say there should be some opening, that hey call a "dimple" in place of the full amhole for a somewhat better aesthetic, but some specific ones (this guy's surgeon included) opt for no hole/opening at all and it does look even more odd. Interestingly I remember that there was another guy with a zero depth with the exact same type of experience, with a different surgeon that didn't do the "dimple". I think he got either a perineum/sigmoid amhole for depth. The zero depth gets advertised usually with the add on "you can add full depth later with no issues!", which the clientele doesn't question.
