Phil's lore is that there is bad blood between him and the people involved in making Project L. "Shit happened and I won't play because of my principles" is more or less what he has said about it. People are thinking that the people he's referring to were involved in the grooming and sexual assault that he's spoken about in the past - but now he's denying any and all knowledge of anything of that nature occurring in the FGC. "If I knew that was happening, I'd of called the police" and also "I never saw anything, so the accusations are baseless" is his current narrative on the matter.
That's funny. I can almost guarantee he's refusing to elaborate because he knows what a petty little bitch he'd sound like explaining that he got banned from SRK for bitching about GGPO non stop. I am pretty sure he thought GGPO was bugged and SRK was corrupt for not letting him air his grievances. He's so worthless.

edit lmao (Adblock it's his video); https://youtu.be/SR5A9bc-oRI?t=3885
THAT is what he's talking about, that's his corruption

I decided to watch maybe 5 minutes of Phil playing blackjack in Lost Judgment. For some reason I thought maybe our resident gacha addict would at least be semi-competent at a gambling game with very simple strategies, but boy was I way the fuck off on that.
I'll spare everyone an autistic breakdown of every hand, but decisions on when to hit or stand are partially based on what the dealer is showing, and it was clear he didn't really understand that. Just as one example, he hit when he had 14 and the dealer had 4 (that's a hand you stand on).
He rambled on about "house rules" of hitting on 16 and standing on 17, which does not apply to the player at all.
The most egregious fuck up he made was thinking that the player loses their money in a push (tie hand). That certainly doesn't apply IRL, and I can't think of any video games where that's applied either, so I don't know where the fuck he came up with that thought.
They fucking love his type in the casinos, just like the gacha game creators love his type.
I guess I'm the real denthead hear for thinking he'd be anything less than the absolute worst type of blackjack player that he is.

One of the reasons he doesn't get the 'rules' of Blackjack is that, despite individuals playing their own hands, there IS a component of working together against the dealer. A lot of the guidelines for what decisions you should make in BJ are based on the idea that it's not so much that you're trying to always get to 21, rather, you're trying to get the dealer to bust. If people aren't all on the same page at a BJ table, tempers can definitely flare haha.

When a dealer shows a 5 (the best potential bust card they can show) and a jackass like Phil hits his 16 because 'its the rules' and busts with a face card, the next dude to act who has 10 and now draws a 4 and has to hope his 14 holds up is gonna be fucking pissed that your dumbass just took his 10. Dave does not do well in things where even just a little bit of being on the same page with other people is required.

I'm not trying to make it sound like some kind of team sport where your decisions should be solely based around other people's money, but your actions DO very much influence what happens to others, and if you're being a bonehead, people in a live setting WILL tell you haha.

In response to the heinous actions that the FGC swept under the rug, I think there are three reasons Phil goes on these 5 hour long rants about it:

  1. Phil is a petty bitch who thinks that this will ruin careers, not because whoever did the heinous thing should be punished for it, but because they're making money.
  2. Phil is so isolated from reality that he's believing his own lies.
  3. the "heinous thing" is Phil speak for "this person slighted me, so they're evil."

"Dickheads are a big epidemic on earth, y'know? We're so tired of these dickheads who come out and wave their dickish-like heads around and ruin things for everyone."

> "...dickish-like heads..."

I’d be fucking embarrassed if my parents bought me a custom meal to celebrate an important Holiday.

Phil’s actually proud and almost salivated while describing in detail what his parents ordered for him and his horse Kat.
Their adult son who has no kids and is too lazy to fly home to visit them for thanksgiving or xmas. When you make 100k and your parents live in a shitbox and you make them buy YOU food lol.

I've been watching a lot of Phil's TIHYDP of Street Fighter and Mortal Kombat and such, and I firmly believe he both does not grasp that lag affects both players and cannot be used against him by his opponent for cheap wins as he so often claims, or that like 99.9% of fighting games have a concept called hitstun. You'll see him get hit and try to mash buttons while he's still not even in the recovery animation, than bitch about his moves not coming out. I think he believes that no matter what, as soon as he hits the button the game HAS to use the move he wants.

If you've ever played fighting games you also know that, say you punch your opponent while they're blocking. You now enter a short period where you cannot move or perform any other attacks, basically just another form of hitstun. Phil doesn't seem to realize this either and it's fucking infuriating because this is one of the most basic concepts in all of gaming in general. You get hit, and you can't perform an action while you recover from that hit. But in Piggie's mind, whether he's being combo'd against the wall or spamming attacks on a blocking opponent, his moves should IMMEDIATELY come out the second he slaps his greasy, fat gout finger on the button. If it doesn't, well, that's the damned ahnline lag (which only he experiences) being used by his unskilled skrub opponent to score easy wins off of a former professional fighting game player.

It's a legendary level of retardation that has yet to be matched by anyone I've ever watched play a fighting game in my life.

I know back in the day, if you extended controller wires, it caused a delay. I can't imagine what the delay is with wireless and the console 90 degrees of the controller.

He doesn't even do that much. He just points a camera at AAA games and somehow a retard falls into his lap and hands him $30,000.
There's no logic or reason to anything in the Vortex.
For sure. Wheelchairs attract other wheelchairs. But he has definitely played up the underdog vs haters and elitists narrative his whole "career" which clearly consistently attracts outcasts, spastics, degenerates, children etc.

phil mentions buying a hand cart in this video (1743)

He mentions in the video he shipped panda lees shit to a fedex store? instead of just to his house.

Strong start to the tism today. New mod second day shift.
Things Phil doesn't remember:
  • The 10 year plan
  • What The Gun Show means
  • Saying that he'd pimp slap the shit out of a little girl if he knew her IRL
Things Phil does remember:
  • What he ate for dinner 10 years ago
  • Every little detail about Street Fighter
  • The fact that he needs tips RIGHT NOW
So in conclusion, Phil's memory is dependent either on how good it makes him look to other people, or how good it makes him feel. Everything else is "Huuuuuh!? What is thaaaaaaat!? I have no clue, nuhuh! Thanks for the dollar though!".

Not only is this pathetic that the only thing a 40-year-old mature adult that by his own admission has no one to spend the holidays with except his "wife" finds good news is that a videogame released the last DLC for its life span and is ending new character support cause he hated a videogame that had nothing to do with him that much.

Even worse is they literally didn't say that, they said while the characters and DLCs were done, they will continue to support the title and announced the return of the capcom pro tour for 2022. It's really not hard to read the subtitles, the pro-tour trailer even had bright flashy colors.

The feedback was taken, that's why they made the arcade edition and then champion edition, AE really turned the game around.
He barely even played SFV. He will play SFVI on release because he is a day one view whore, but he'll drop it in short time after getting destroyed and retreat to AE

Phil is currently commenting on how out of touch some people are with their audience. He does not see the irony.
I don't really see any hypocrisy or irony here.

His audience is:
  • low IQ
  • unwashed
  • bad with money
  • single

Phil is:
  • low IQ
  • unwashed
  • bad with money
  • (may as well be) single
I'd say Pigler is 100% in touch with his audience.

Bitch slapping a little girl is one of my favorite dsp moments cause it really shows how highly he thinks of himself
He thinks he is owed respect so when not even a little girl respects him it really gets to him
