If it were Obama, Hillary or Biden, there'd be no material difference except you'd be singing a different tune because they're establishment Democrats instead of an outsider Republican.

Not really, every single President has fucked up on North Korea to some degree, and I don't expect much better of Biden. Just because I'm incredibly unimpressed with Trump's actual results there doesn't mean I find what any other President did there particularly impressive either.

I also doubt that, as crazy as they are, and they try to look even crazier, that they ever intend to nuke anything. They just want them so their sabre rattling for gibs has a little more credibility.
