Let's pretend for one moment that he does die before the election, just for the funsies. What happens then? Will the nomination revert to option number 2, aka Bernie Sanders? Or will his running mate automatically replace him just the way Vice-President is supposted to step in after the Big Man in the White House chokes on a piece of matzo? Does he even have a running mate yet?

Have we gotten a biden twitter statement today saying something about how he is monitoring Supreme Court and something about women's health or sacred right to choose?
Is Biden even alive?

He is Schrodinger's president. He only shows life during his shitty conferences or public appearances.

Due to not being an American, a question: can one state persecute a resident for a crime they commit in another?
Just to clarify, if you live in Texas, and fly to New York to get an abortion, that wouldn't be illegal. You aren't held to that state's laws if you aren't currently in that state.

Usually if you commit a crime and then flee the state, they drag your ass back to that state to be prosecuted unless it's a federal crime.

The abortion debate is retarded. If women are allowed to kill kids then men should be given default custody in every custody matter unless he is a felon. If women are such terrible horrid monsters as to snuff out a baby in their own womb they don't deserve to take care of them if they manage to be born. Might as well task Ed Gein with being the manager of an elderly home. Also women are just generally terrible at raising kids.

To elaborate on what Salubrious said:
The state where the alleged crime occurred is the state that has jurisdiction to prosecute the offense. For example, if you live in California but you are arrested for drunk driving in Florida, Florida has the right to prosecute you for that criminal offense under Florida law. After being charged with a crime in a state other than your own, returning home after your arrest may not be as simple as you think. You cannot simply return home and ignore the charges pending against you. In fact, some states allow for a longer time period in which to charge or prosecute the crime if you try to avoid being prosecuted by returning to your home state. If you do return to your home state in an attempt to avoid prosecution after being charged with a crime, the Constitution requires states and territories within the United States to produce suspects at the request of another state. This is commonly referred to as extradition.

Everything these niggers do is double-thunk.

By their logic though, evidence of lynching a nigger or gassing a Jew is not proof of hatred towards them. Interesting...

What is alive anyways? Just because someone shouts "I'm alive! I'm still living! Don't kill me!" doesn't make it so.

This is some Wachowski Matrix "what is real?" bullshit, and it's being spouted by a fucking Supreme Court Justice.

If you see Biden or bigger dems starting to hammer SCOTUS in the next weeks, that means they know the initial, unofficial heads up vote between the justices went against abortion. This is what happened with Obamacare, it was defended poorly by the government attorneys, the initial vote by justices were 5-4 repeal Obamacare, and then this was leaked to Obama who started hammering and playing the shame and blame game on SCOTUS, and this is what made faggot Roberts flip because he wants to go to DC parties.

I think Barrett will cuck on this and it's going to look worse for her because Kavanaugh looks like he won't take a bullet for this ruling like others, it will be 5-4 for abortion.

Either way it's a win, abortion returns to a state by state issue or we see the cuckening and watch the entire republican judicial system be destroyed and all those societies be thrown in the dumpster, much like how Trump exposed all the Con Inc and RINO grifters.

2 days until govt. shutdown. The House will be voting on a spending bill today, so a bunch of House Republicans are asking McConnell in the Senate to make the shutdown happen because they won't have the votes to do it themselves. House Freedom Caucus sent this letter today:

It seems the goal - among House Republicans at least - is to force a government shutdown to stop federal vaccine mandates. McConnell tried to sidestep questions about whether he'd let a shutdown happen, but he got pressed so he said "I think we're going to be okay." This would sound like bad news but the situation's not that simple. Sen. Coons (D-DL) says there "really might" be a shutdown and Schumer essentially said a few Senators might ignore McConnell.

"Several Republican sources" are also backing this defection claim up, and provide the same motive. They're planning to vote against McConnell's wishes because they want to block the funding necessary to enforce any of Biden's mandates and essentially kill them that way.

Seriously. What if they're just blowing hot air and/or this is just grifting? I will happily eat crow if Friday comes and they actually do it, but until then, heavily pressing X to doubt, Chief.

They might be grifting, might not be. But it takes a while to move a spending bill through the House and then the Senate. Newsmax says that even if the spending bill passed both the House and Senate without any issues we'd still enter shutdown, even if only until Sunday. I think the more significant value in the news is that Senators are apparently trying to grow a spine for once.

Also, if anyone is confused, since I was initially: the Senate needs to pass this UNANIMOUSLY to prevent a shutdown. Even just one Senator saying no fucks the whole process up.

Yeah my country has the largest Ethiopian population outside Ethiopia and the USA and they're overwhelmingly conservative and patriotic af
What happened with Somalis tho?
Ethiopians are what happens when you take Africans and inject the West into them at a slow but steady rate. Somalians are what happens when you take Africans and inject the Arab world into them at a slow but steady rate. One of them carves churches out of solid rock in the shape of the cross... and do so out of the Earth itself so only those who look down upon the Earth (like say, God before the airplane was invented) can see the extent of their efforts and faith. The other... well, we know what they're like.

Fox says on Thursday Biden will announce the strictest lockdowns yet. You think he would get the memo after Virginia, but its time to triple down on COVID.

Are you ready for Biden to hit the 20s in approval going into the midterms?
Oh crap it’s the least dangerous variant yet! Shit lock everything down so people don’t build natural immunity! The Biden admin is truly ran by gentlemen and scholars.
