Ah yes. The trophy he won in the first half of the 90’s on a console that came out in the second half of the 90’s (ok, end of 95, but close enough)
It was won in the second half of the 90's no matter how you spin it. They probably played on an arcade machines and Tekken 3 didn't make it into arcades worldwide before March '97. Just like how he spent the 90s playing Diablo II despite the fact that it came out in 2000.
I promise you he never ever checks thumbnails or really is that lazy. Every single time the thumbnail is him and not gameplay he's making some retarded face he never looks normal. Attached is my favorite example from the "daily wrap" a few days ago.
When you upload a video and don't bother uploading your own thumbnail whatever AI Youtube uses finds 3 thumbnails they think best represent the video, you can think of them as default thumbnails. One is from near the beginning of the video, one in the middle, and one near the end, if you don't pick any of those then it chooses the middle one. The AI favors certain things to make the video look more dynamic, one of those things are the mouth agape soy smile, that's why so many of his prestream therapycast and daily beg video thumbnails have him with his mouth open.

You can tell he looked up a guide or was told how to beat the final boss. He knew about mechanics before ever seeing them.
I wonder if he thinks that makes him look cool? and that no one would notice that something is off
he clearly looked up guides for metroid. raven beaks first attack and phil knew what to do.

imagine being that scared of challenge that you look up guides
It confirms the theory he delayed playing dread because he knew that him doing the usual dsp shtick would give him a lot of negative attention

You gotta respect his constrain lmao , there's one part during the experiment boss fight when he fails a parry and he is gonna do his usual "this game sucks" rant but just says that something weird happenened cause he clearlyg parried in time

Do you mean THE Jonathan “I see videos of kids in bathtubs” Ross?

I wouldn’t be surprised if he was a fan of Phil’s, I just wasn’t expecting a lolcow crossover.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Ross an old school "detractor" who was too autistic to get into the SOK?

I haven't been closely following Phil but I had to see how he handled the new Halo, knowing that the devs upped the difficulty. He has always been a super scrub, not even good enough to abuse the Needler or noob combo.

So he starts the stream with 'If I were to play on heroic or legendary', as if he's ever played Halo on either difficulty. He's gone through the Halo games coasting on normal (which was essentially easy until now, it was made to be played on heroic), and by sprinting from objective marker to objective marker over and over until he brute forces his way through.

I want to play it through myself before I watch him play but I'm glad I tuned in to see that.

I say with no hyperbole, he could be a Jim Jones [...].

"Now please, please, drink the Kool-Aid alright ? What ? No, you don't have to know what's inside, if you ask those question to derail the sacrifice, you're an absolute complete mahron okay ? F*ck you and your mother alright ? Alright, *snort*, *lip smack*, ok, my little neggers, everyone gets stationary now..."

:drink::coom:

Yesterday's streams were such a dumpster fire. Now don't get me wrong, we are all here to spectate a good dumpster fire but it was practically unwatchable. His rants and complaints are played out, his commentary was played out in 2011 when he ran out of notable life events, and his use of guides and safe-space games has eroded any hopes of good content from this paper-skinned goblin. So let's raise a glass to old Phil and his legacy, a cow so paranoid yet so lazy that he has even eroded content made about him.

I see now why so many trolls and detractors fall away from Phil. Sure, he's IMMORTAL, but he can be such a waste of breath.

Yeah that is def a big time wheelchair. He was a quality assurance intern for a month at a marketing agency and didn't do jack shit after that. Matoor adult alert
lol. Speds living in Cali probably shouldn't be wasting their tardbux on a slug like Phail given the current economy
Yes. My thought is basically this: if he gets $149 out of $150, he technically didn't hit the goal, but in practice, he may as well have. So instead of (or alongside) a hard "yes/no" determination, it'd be interesting to see if there's any pattern to what percentage of the expected $150 is hit.
Look at you trying to make Phail cry when he comes here to read about his phailures. :story:

Aside from the Twitch ban, what would you all say is the best Phil meltdown?
The Hateful Slurs Rant™ takes the cake for me. The BK arc wasn't so bad, the "I broke up with Leanna" was gold and the "DownFromTheRafters look", live, albeit not being a meltdown, was priceless.

This "everyone saying that connexion is good is gone, say it !!" is also gold: (timestamped @ 1:02)

Edit: Bugged media files mechanics, nuffin' I could do.

Probably alone on this because I'm a newfag and the veterans around here have seen some shit, but I personally really enjoy both his eruption over the idea that he used hateful slurs on Twitch and his mishandling of his most recent n-word slip. I love them because they both demonstrate quite powerfully that he has not changed, just been holding back on indulging one of his vices on-camera, and it's getting more difficult for him to do so and he can feel it.

Best part is that he won't blame himself, he'll just get mad that he has a community of tattle-tales making sure no one forgets that he's an offensive dickhead who says racist shit on a regular off-camera. Thereby ensuring that he continues being that type of asshole, forever, and cements his own shit legacy.

I'm not up on the lore of this one. Is this the last stream Katherine partook in?
