I know both are lazy. prideful fucks but Bob should've had the foresight at least to make Chris legally incompetent via a local court (I mean, he did with making sure Chris has a steady Tugboat thanks to Social Security) and appointed guardians for both Barb and Chris...

Normally I'd agree, but Biden would do literally anything to win the progressive left back. He's lost so much in a short period of time that if it means pardoning a trannie weirdo, he'd do it.

That being said if Trump would've pardoned him and it would've led to another Chris spaz sesh, I'm all for it

The "cousin" in question might actually be Chris' half-niece Savannah, who is also the only person I was ever worried about Chris actually committing incest with since they had contact, was more in Chris' age range, and might actually be mentally vulnerable enough to be receptive. This was until the Barb revelation happened.

Chris could also be placed in supportive housing in a city with a public transit system. Chris is probably mentally capable of figuring out how to use the bus. The larger cities in Virginia usually have passable bus systems, and some like Norfolk have pretty good ones. In the Alexandria/Arlington area they even have access to the DC Metro which will get you to pretty much everything you need in life.

Most importantly, it would makes it incredibly fucking difficult to get to 14BC. If he was placed outside of the Charlottesville area, he'd have to figure out not only his local transit, but also Amtrak or Greyhound to get to C-ville, plus C-ville's local bus route to get as close to Ruckersville as possible to get an afforable Uber/Lyft (or a more expensive one from C-ville Amtrak/Greyhound). I don't think Chris has that level of dedication.

I don't know how many days it was for, but the maximum allowed in Virginia is 2 weeks. Before that the "victim" or their legal guardian is supposed to request a restraining order if needed.

Honestly I think she would, but it might take some time and it might be as rambling as Chris's letters are - I think Barbs a Sun Downer it was coverd in other threads but the long an short of it is She's more functional in the morning but as the day goes on she get's incrementally worse in her faculties and as she ages there is less good time available. If that Crash linked above was Her mid day would seem about right for someone in that condition (and general age) to get confused and getting into a crash.

Part of me does wonder though if it might have been intentional, I really doubt it but Barb might have the odd moment where she does just want her life to end she has not had contact with someone normal for years (that we know of) and she's left alone in her mess of a house with a son with the brain of a bonkers 6 year old.



I really do doubt it, if Barb is as mentally compromised as we suspect it wouldn't be hard for Chris to put 2 and 2 together and come up with 5.

Some elderly people with dementia and other conditions can display weirdly sexual behaviour and combine that with Chris being intellectually sub normal and having a fixation on Sex and a disgusting willingness talked openly in the past about thoughts of fucking his mother and defending incest in the past it was only a matter of time before this happened.



It ran out after a 5 day period, it's normally used in cases of Elder abuse like not feeding or careing for someone bedbound while the pearson supposedly caring for them sits on there arse playing games, drinking or smoking weed if I am recalling it correctly it's so that the Authorities can check on the physical, mental and legal condition of the Elderly person in question to make sure they are not getting taken advantage of Chris just happened to have fucked him mum and stole $750 from her as well causing him to be arrested.

Chris was arrested only on the incest charge. The EPO violation had nothing to do with his arrest, though there is the potential of Chris being charged for it later since he still has charges pending.

We can't pull up the case since it's in J&DR, but to the best of our knowledge the arrest was only for incest, and the charges reported at initial arraignment were only for incest.

They can still add the EPO violation later but they have a one year time limit to do so under the statute of limitations (an EPO violation is only a misdemeanor unless it is violent or you carry a deadly weapon while violating it)

This is sad on many levels. I imagine barb didn’t have by choice but to get in the van to get necessities or something. It’s not like 14bc is in a downtown hub with public transportation she could use. It’s basically the sticks and your only way out is with a car.

She can’t just pick up her iPhone and order doordash or whatever the fuck like fellow alienated hermit Darksydephil. They don’t have any money, especially now with Chris in jail. She depended on him entirely for survival.

And when old possibly malnourished old people break bones it’s a huge deal. That’s usually the beginning of the end for them, since that shit can turn into sepsis pretty quick. That’s if they don’t accidentally catch covid first from an unvaccinated nurse at the hospital. And a concussion? In her age? If she survives, she may have brain damage.

Sigh, why couldn’t have this happened to DSP instead….
