I'm not doubting that she will struggle with hygiene as she's a hoarder and at one point lived on a sofa. I was questioning you since I doubt you can get sepsis from broken ribs. Fluids leaking in and disease, yes which can lead to it.

Chris could also be placed in supportive housing in a city with a public transit system. Chris is probably mentally capable of figuring out how to use the bus. The larger cities in Virginia usually have passable bus systems, and some like Norfolk have pretty good ones. In the Alexandria/Arlington area they even have access to the DC Metro which will get you to pretty much everything you need in life.

Most importantly, it would makes it incredibly fucking difficult to get to 14BC. If he was placed outside of the Charlottesville area, he'd have to figure out not only his local transit, but also Amtrak or Greyhound to get to C-ville, plus C-ville's local bus route to get as close to Ruckersville as possible to get an afforable Uber/Lyft (or a more expensive one from C-ville Amtrak/Greyhound). I don't think Chris has that level of dedication.

People that are that old often have immune systems that are pretty low-functioning, if the body is stressed and the lifestyle is poor, you can easily run into these problems even from the most minor things especially considering that hospitals are ripe with diseases even already outside the pandemic. Everyone has these problems and infections when substaining injuries like this, younger and healthier people just shrug them off before they become threatening.

I'm so tired of chris schizo letters and teflon tardness. It's not even funny anymore. I just want to see him get what he deserves at this point.

It's hard to disagree with you but it wont happen in real terms, to get Chris to understand the punishment it has to be immediate and make him feel real discomfort for it to have any impact.

Chris had 24 hours for him to justify it to himself as Soul Bonding Healing and he was calm as a result if the Police slapped the cuffs on him the moment they walked through the door read him his rights and took him off to the police station it might have an effect but it didnt happen that way he sat down in the jail cell and was able to get himself comfy in short order and keep himself comfy he's viewing this as a holiday more than anything.

Punishing Chris is like house training a puppy, you have to get him to rub his nose in it right away and make him feel it otherwise he can't connect action to emotion and result if you give him any time to settle down and think about it that disappears quickly.

Chris' tugboat is still coming in, as he is still presumed innocent. It will continue to come in until he spends 30 days incarcerated *post*-conviction. If he gets released on time served or time served plus 29 days, it won't be interrupted at all. I have no idea if Barb is able to access the account it is being deposited in, but if she is able to, then it can still go to the bills (unless Chris tells her not to, since the money is legally his). Chris claims he paid back barb for the $750 he took from her account, so I assume that payment came from his tugboat.

Moreover if Chris spends less than a year in jail post-conviction, he won't even have to re-apply, he just has to send a notice that he's been released for the tugboat to restart.

I can see the comparison, but Chris does try to be kind to people in his own autistic way. He just fails to consider other people above his own desires, and he fails to consider the feelings of others outside of projecting his own feelings on them (a common trait in autists). e.g. if a joke is funny to me, it must be funny to you too. If it feels good for me if I touch you in a creepy way, it must feel good for you too.
