Personally I prefer the Blackhawk T-series L3D. You have excellent retention in a strap that goes over the top and a thumb release that is near the shooter's hip.

That being said, it's pretty typical that Jr would gravitate towards a company that pounds their chest screaming 'MURICA all while selling the cheapest and most basic clamshell design at the same cost as a quality level 2.

Jack bitches about everything for the same reason retirees do - they have no real problems to fuss about. When Jack fucks up dinner, Tammy pays for Ubereats delivery. When Best Buy doesn't offer a certain color laptop in his store, Tammy drives across the state to get it. When Jack has to get a life-saving surgery for the third time this year, it isn't due to anything he could control, it was part of God's plan, and Tammy pays for it.

Over the entire year, whether or not to crack open this bottle of overpriced water has probably been Jack's biggest dilemma, not because he'd have to pay for it, Tammy does, but because he'd have to make the arduous trek to the bathroom sink after bravery signalling on Facebook.
