It's probably a semi-auto conversion, which is lame. Then again, possession of a full-auto M1928 would mark oneself as a fudd.
I always thought semi auto Thompsons must have a longer barrel than the originals. Honestly, I would go as far and say that neckbeard is posing with some Japanese Airsoft Tommy Gun.

Edit: What I also wanted to say with my previous post is that a Thompson should be remembered that is was used by real gangsters like Frank McErlane, Mad Dog Coll and Machine Gun Kelly not by a fat neckbeard.

It is not barrel length, but the type of sear, that is in the reciever that dictates whether an item is a machine gun. But US gun laws are extremely autistic. Any NFA item must have a tax stamp and papers etc. So if the gun has an auto-sear, regardless of the barrel length, then it is an NFA item. However, if it is semi-auto and has less than a 16 inch barrel length (with a full buttstock), it is an NFA item and requires a tax stamp otherwise the feds shoot your dog.

JFC and then they say us Germans are having an overbearing bureaucracy.

The only other person that I’ve seen use the stupid megaphone avatar thing is Graeme Kelly (so it is!). I think it’s some kind of guarantee lolcow mark of the beast.
Anyone who uses that bitmoji is an absolute turd, a worthless piece of garbage, and needs to die.

The forward pistol grip looks too flat and long which leads me to believe it's a non-firing replica or airsoft.

A 1921 Thompson (sans Cutts compensator) and an Auto-Ordinance reproduction for reference. Note the shape of the forward grip.

Genuine full-auto Thompsons had a 10.5" barrel (12" with the Cutts compensator) a semi-auto replica rifle would need to have a 16"+ barrel or it would be a short barreled rifle and subject to the National Firearms Act of 1934. Funnily enough the popularity of guns, like the Thompson, with gangsters in the 1920's and 30's were one of the main factors behind the creation of the NFA.

He blamed it on "energy drinks" then he kept drinking them anyway.
And IIRC, he was drinking cans of sugar-free Bang during the recent trip to Vegas. Merely trying to quantify the amount of physiological damage that Jack inflicts onto himself on a daily basis makes my head hurt.

Can’t wait for Jack to have a video on how to make sugar water for humming birds and he just drinks it all to “test” it.
This actually made my blood boil because I just picture Jack adding red food dye to it.

Slight PL: Yes, hummingbirds are attracted to the color red. It’s basically why the feeders tend to be a deep red color. But don’t add red food dye to your water. It doesn’t do much more to attract them, and the chemicals in the dye can harm the birds. Just add 1 part sugar to 4 parts water and heat on the stove until the sugar dissolves. Easy.

This just compounds more of his lunacy. So stroke 1.5 was caused by caffeine, now on his leaning-keto bullshit his health problems are because of sugar. Third stroke will take his left arm and will probably be blamed on Satan. We’ll soon have to watch Tammy spoon feed his gimp ass some pulled pork.

i see where garrett drew his inspiration from

good on him for losing all that weight though. how's jack's weight loss going by the way? notice how he stopped updating us on how much weight he's lost at the beginning of his videos
He's aged so poorly you would guess that his wife is the one to his left in this picture if you didn't know him.

Yes, it's just a shitty replica that whatever tourist trap they took that picture at happened to have for idiots to pose with.
