DIRECTIONS

1. Recommended: let roast sit uncovered at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours.
2. Preheat oven to 450°. In a small bowl, combine oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub all over roast.
3. Place roast in roasting pan fitted with a roasting rack. Roast for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 325° and roast 1 hours 45 minutes more for medium, or 2 hours for medium well done.
4. Remove from oven and let rest 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

I don't blame Kat for his addictions, but she definitely isn't doing anything to help. Panda actually tried to make food that was somewhat healthy and didn't involve tons of red meat because of his gout. Phil was actually losing weight for a time and then the hospital saga hit. Kat doesn't seem to care as much about Phil as Panda did. It definitely could have just been a young dumb love with an extended honeymoon phase, but Panda actually did try to make Phil a better person even if only physically.

Panda tried to make it with the pigroach, but you gotta remember: Phil was pushing 30 and Panda JUST hit 18 when he decided to show her off in the infamous video and him proclaiming that "Pandaless isn't Asian. That is all." She thought at the time that "A older man is into me! I'm so mature!" etc....However, and Phil will die on this hill that he didn't groom Panda, he groomed Panda. Maybe it's the mental illness kicking in, but you don't starting dating some random the MOMENT she hit's 18. "Yeah, we've been talking since she was 17, but I didn't stick my dick into her until she was 18! Boom!" Phil logic. She saw him as a mentor and someone that she honestly thought that "could help her grow into life." and she did care for him. However, once she got that job, she started to realize that their relationship wasn't a healthy one and the way that Phil went about courting her, well, it was very...creepy. She got out in the nick of time and is doing well for herself. Still doesn't make her voice less annoying, but I'm glad she broke pignoisis and is doing well in her life. I honestly wish her nothing but the best.

Kat, like I mentioned before, Kat LIVES on survival mode! She did everything she could to get out of Michigan and by any means necessary. Whether that was using Subaru man for a place to live, while playing the role she wanted him to play, until something better came along. Kat gives a fuck about no one but Kat. Period! If she did, she'd honestly tell Dave about her homeless mom back in Michigan and try to get her the right help, along with her diseased riddled sister, Jenna. Get them help and when they're on the right track, help them get on their feet. However, they'd wouldn't want the help, instead a handout. Do I think Kat knows that? Probably and still doesn't give a rat's ass. She's set up in the pig-mansion while just making sure that Phil's true love is set on the table and he follows the ten demandments. One of them being "Thou shall not touch me!" and "Thou shall finish your fucking stream."

Is that a shooped pic? That roast is already cooked why is it going in the oven? Also why is it shaped like that?

It's possible (it's Christmas, let's be nice) that they actually seared the meat on all sides first, which is absolutely recommended for big hunks of meat like this. Given the fact that there are no visible still-raw spots, however...I think it's just been cooked for a while.

So shouldn't the tweet have read "roast just came out of the oven" because when I make my robust custom christmas dinners, the meat is usually raw before it goes but it could just be bugged roast mechanics on my end

I was going to be generous (and still will be, to some extent). Kudos to them for at least trying to cook something that didn't come out of a box.

Wrong pan.
If you place it on a sheet- which looks like he did it will dry the fuck out.
I also always place chicken or any meat I bake in a glass pan and cover with aluminum foil.
ALWAYS cover your meat boys.
He has ZERO excuses millions of tutorials on YouTube.
I will add this to Phil especially:
Baking is different you gotta check that shit. I recommend a meat thermometer for you guys since you are novices.
Keep trying its satisfying when you get it.

Being less generous, man it's hard to fuck this stuff up. Put that shit in a pot, add some beef stock, onions, carrots, and potatoes (happy wife, happy life, Phil!) and let it simmer for a few hours. Super tender everything and very satisfying on a cold day.

Can't wait to hear how cooking a fairly simple meal turned into the 12 Labors of Hercules.

From the irl streams, especially Halloween 2018, she was clearly very socially awkward and had no sort of romantic chemistry with Phil at all. So being a retard potato with no social cues (and being the best person who’d want to marry DSP) is a possibility although the most popular theory is she is just riding along with Phil for the roof over her head maybe until she gets the chance to get promoted to the next guy.
