Oddly enough, when I went outside of Honolulu and into the more rednecky parts of Oahu last week, I saw a Trump flag, a Brandon flag, and no Biden paraphernalia of any sort. The natives are also largely Christian or Mormon, so you get actual religious Christmas music playing in at least 2/3 of places that are playing music, like you probably haven't heard in the last ~20 years.

Yes, they sort of are, and nobody is running the show. Biden, pudding brain that he is, was supposed to be just a figurehead for the actual decision makers. However, that plan has run face-first into a little thing called reality. It turns out the deal makers were only loosely aligned solely thanks to Trump, and now that he's out of office the thing that was supposed to keep them working together by ensuring all their debts were paid (Build Back Better), is DoA, meaning a full-blown civil war over who gets to puppet Dementia Joe. And in the meantime zero decisions get made because they're too busy fighting each other.
