I mean, you're not wrong. Compared to Linkara and his temper tantrums about the Lightbringer and Lupa and just... every batshit thing she does, Lindsey is boring as fuck for the lols. But when she goes off the rails like this, it has a higher entertainment value than the rest of the Channel Awesome lolcows because, coming from her, they're relatively rare.

But also, even when she doesn't bring lols, this thread is one of the most informative as learning about traditional publishing data and how it works and boils down is just genuinely interesting to read. Edit: It's not just sperging, its relevant. Breadtube is an openly communist crowd of people with a large communist following. Lindsay wouldnt have been canceled several times over if she actually had any kind of diversity in her fanbase.

I think because Nazis and most others put Nationalism and individual contribution above most other things while Communism dosent (nationalism in the sense of actually believing it and not as a way to propagate your movement). In communism everyone is a gear in the machine that can be replaced there is no room for loyalty.

The idea that "discourse" is a constant and completely necessary struggle is a given, so any understanding of why their personal connections with each other are so poor has to derive from that assumption. Even the people who are sad about Linsday Ellis quitting defend her as an "ally" or a "comrade" without ever admitting that this is the result of people taking themselves way too seriously online.

If we talk about historical communism, like the USSR, we get the "Dictatorship of the Proletariat" ie: the leaders of the party having absolute power in order to serve the common people. So, basically, as absurd a tyranny as any other, only the members of the party have to dance around that fact, pretend to care and take the competition out.

In a way, Breadtubers try to emulate the Party and the Leadership of the Party, so they do their best to appear right and just and virtuous. While backstabbing eachother to climb higher.
The rank and file SJWs are the people who set the Breadtube leadership in position and/or the KGB/Red Army that enforces their regime.
So, any faux-pas is a chink in the Breadtuber's armor that allows for other Breadtubers to move against them. Lindsey had plenty of them recently and she knows that any more than that and her peers will eat her alive. If they don't already. Her scolding that other guy and failing to gain any traction (or maybe getting reprimanted) is a dire warning of that.
