Through a weird series of events, I actually ended up in a group voice chat with Allen once several years ago, long after I had stopped using GameFAQs.

He seemed surprisingly normal, all things considered.

Man, this shit is a flashback and half, I remember being really active around the TES related forums back then before i dropped the site and gamespot about 8 years ago, I still remember seeing dudes posting random ghetto cam set ups on youtube with a copy of skyrim on the 360 that they somehow smuggled a month before the release and thinking that playing as an werewolf was the shit. Never really got the vibes that the place would end up like some weird lefty enclave but I think I was shielded since I literally only looked up those games' forums.

It's sad that it ended up this way since the rest of the site was extremely usable, I still recall reading some guy's insanely autistic Deus Ex: HR director's cut no detection no death FAQ and using that to win the game besides that crashed helicopter part.

GameFAQs was always full of losers desperately trying to be cool. It was always mostly liberal because the cool thing to do was hate on Bush, but at least back then they were not so afraid to be edgy.

That's why all it is now is a bunch of troons, faggots and their simps. That's what they think is "cool" now because the media tells them it's cool and they don't want to be labeled dumb because they spent their lives believing they were the smart kid they saw get bullied on TV because they too were bullied.
