Phil said that there is NO ISSUE in GTA trilogy the game is working fine or he will lose viewers / donations... but the moment he started doing the end missions in GTA 3 he started complaining more than Dying about how the game is now "harder" and why he dies soo quickly and how his car always blow up fast.

Much like grocery shopping, playing co-op games with Kat was something Phil repeatedly said he was looking forward to.

That said, I strongly suspect that Kat figured out what Rambo and Howard realized - if she plays that game with Phil, he expects it to be played on stream. She probably said she won't play it because she knows that he would never just want to play it with her and have a nice time. Phil likely won't play anything but mobile games when he isn't streaming.

That is the best case scenario though. More likely, she won't play it with him because she's just there so she doesn't have to pay rent.

There is of course the WWE Champions account, he'd only get a fraction of the amount he's invested into it but account selling is a thing and I'm sure there's a moron with more money and less brains that would gladly buy Phil's whale account for all the top tier gacha men in it. This will only happen if Phil becomes completely, utterly desperate for money which we know he's never TRULY been despite what he claims.

Or he drinks himself into the grave, this is also a possibility given how hard he goes, his clear signs of addiction on multiple levels, and the fact he knows things are always getting worse while he is too lazy to do anything about it.

I don't think there will ever be a day that Phil's lack of self awareness will not surprise me.

He complains about the popular Twitch streamers following a "meta" but if that meta has them be successful, people are going to follow it.
The same mindset can be applied to the only community he had a thumbprint in with that being the FGC. Players are going to learn what works and run with it for the most part with some exceptions of some playing lower tier characters and making it work through their skill.

Finally he talks about Pokiamne or whatever coming back and how that isn't right and considered "ass backwards". What in the world do we call a streamer who begs to wheelchairs to give their money to a streamer who isn't officially labeled with a handicap? He never ceases to amaze me with his autism.

Because following a "meta" requires effort above and beyond what he's willing to put forward. It requires the mere act of giving a fuck that he simply cannot do.

In another version of the story, Phil's dad brought the box of stuff to Phil. So was Phil's dad the idiot who gave Phil the wrong stuff?

Phil won't sell it, as that would require putting in the effort and his paranoia means that he won't trust anyone long enough to make a sale.
