Sputnik definitely has less horrific autoimmune conditions associated with its delivery method than the mRNA clown shot. It uses a binary adenovirus-based delivery system (Ad5 and Ad26) to avoid adenovirus immunity (blocking either one of the adenoviruses, most likely Ad5 which some people are immune to), but still generates spike proteins as the J&J one. The damage from the spike protein is still there, but the delivery method is somewhat safer.

You don't know how monitor mode works, do you? It listens in to all traffic on your network, whether directed at that computer or not. Try enabling monitor mode and running Wireshark on your work laptop, you'll see exactly what all other machines on your network are doing. While HTTPS is encrypted, DNS requests are sent in plaintext unless you specifically encrypt DNS which I doubt you do. It works in managed mode too but doesn't capture as much data, although it will include DNS requests too.
