Jeanette kept saying there was no plan b if Jazz didn't get into Harvard. Why would you not have safety choices for schools? Especially when it's Harvard? She also kept saying things like "I've been waiting for this! My kid's in a museum!" like she was always expecting it to happen rather than being grateful for the honor like Jazz seemed to be. Jeanette is so weird because she's using Jazz as a proxy for her own narcissism and entitlement. Her kid has to go to the best school with the biggest name and her kid has to be publicly celebrated in exhibits as a world-changer. It's all surface level accomplishments because meanwhile Jazz is emotionally stunted and no adult is confident in his ability to function in the real world. Jeanette almost seems like she looks forward to Jazz failing so she can swoop back in.
Sander was pathetic and obnoxious as usual, lol. "Don't stick your camera phone in my face," is not a personal attack. Weird for this family to complain about cameras, but his fragile ego is what's really on display.
