Privacy and tech have a lot of overlap, especially these days, and unfortunately part of that is these weirdos.

Everything was mentioned in the post above but it has a filter(in advanced search iirc) to only show duplicates(going by filesize, name or both). It can do so across all your drives or you can specify one drive only, or one folder only, or only one kind of file(.webp) or a type of file(images) in one folder/drive/everywhere. It will probably be a pain in the ass if you're dealing with a huge amount of dupes, but hey, it's free and it works. And like the poster above said, you don't have to wait for a long scan, it immediately shows you the results.Would anyone happen to have a file duplicate searcher they'd recommend? I remember CCleaner had one, but apparently it got backdoored out the ass, and I'd rather not keep it.
They revoked it ages ago@Null The ProtonVPN affiliate link in the OP seems to be broken currently. It leads to a 404.
There's also AnyTXT for more in depth searches. Free tool that can search within text documents, including HTML.Going to throw an endorsement behind voidtools "everything" local search engine. It fucking works like black magic for finding things the useless widows search can't.
It's free, it's fast, and it works. Just try it. I had been rolling my eyes at the thought of getting a separate search program for my computer too. However, you don't understand just how shit Windows search is until you have something really good to compare it to on the same platform.
Czkawka for general purpose is basically a swiss knife, although I still like using AntiDupl.NET for just images, has a far comfier interface.Would anyone happen to have a file duplicate searcher they'd recommend?
I'm going to give AnyTXT a try but there is a similar program that I really like called DocFetcher that works very well. It's fast, portable and can search through huge amount of files in a couple of seconds. There's also AnyTXT for more in depth searches. Free tool that can search within text documents, including HTML.

From what I could gather, there's no real issue other then political/social issues with the .io TLD.Welcome to Privacy Guides | Privacy Guides

They're shutting down literally all their existing services (except the website itself) to focus on whatever "social issue" garbage they're delving into, which is guaranteed to be woketard shit because of their open (and enthusiastic) affiliation with a subreddit. On reddit. Which is not generally known for its tolerance of "people who get shit done" or "people who are not woke."From what I could gather, there's no real issue other then political/social issues with the .io TLD.
Note, LaTeX is literally 38 years old. Stuff released last year is absolute garbage compared to it.All of the internal documentation I make for my team is written in LaTeX, and I've become so comfortable with it that I use it for pretty much anything I need to write.
