Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

Statement from the convoy/some of the organizers (man on the left with the hat and glasses is one of the og 3), 2 doctors, their lawyer, & some other people idk (lol Randy Hillier lurking in the background) about their intentions, the arrests and fuel seizures:

Basically tho, as they've reiterated over and over they just say they're there to stay and that they're confident about their position.
They'll be making another statement tomorrow.

5:22 for a very pertinent observation by bearded man Canadian Jack Murphy clone on the right

"We are currently going to see legacy media streaming images of the police making arrests. They are currently treating this now with catchphrases - occupation, terrorism, and all sorts of very low-level commentary to try to sway people's opinion. They are currently out in the streets of Ottawa and they are arresting people on charges of mischief for transporting fuel in proper containers in order to supply the people here for peaceful demonstration to allow their vehicles to stay warm. If you've been following the media - the real media - these are families. They have children with them. They have no intention of reacting negatively to anything that is going on. This is peace, it is love, and it is absolute unity. Absolute unity. There is nothing wrong with that, it is our right."

"My intention is to reassure those supporters, the truckers, the community of Ottawa, and all other citizens that are involving themselves with helping pass this message that we must keep the foundation solid. We must not waver with the falsehoods that are being put upon us right now. It is going to be an anxious experience, it is going to be tense if you are out in the street right now trying to aid your fellow man, woman, or family to keep them comfortable and fulfil their needs while we continue to demonstrate until we are acknowledged. But it is essential that we keep the same message - it is peaceful, it is unified."

wow these violent racist white supremacists are sure articulate

Look at the right of that thumbnail.

Why is Jack Murphy there?

Oh, uh... He's been like this ever since COVID began and the 2020 election. He's a bit of a known A&H poster who dooms a little too hard. While I don't always blame him, this time around the fat lady has yet to sing.
If you fucks tolerate this level of demoralization, which honestly seems like it's meant to demoralize others via social contagion, no one gets to whine about my hatred of government.

You don't need violence. Just a polite "no" is enough. We have already seen them collapse into their own assholes over air horns and diesel exhaust. They are weak and lack conviction. It is all performative.

Simply existing and being tougher than they are through difficulties is plenty. They need us more than we need them and on some level I think they know it.

I'm speaking more about working-class causes here, obviously, since the left doesn't do that anymore.

These are weak people but in numbers they'll do evil things. The one thing going in our favor is the convoys sheer size.

One of the symptoms of TDS, especially when it becomes terminal, is the unrelenting obsession with Russia. According to these late-stage plebs, Russian bots are behind everything and anything they disagree with. Nevertheless, boys and girls, don't forget that we are the "conspiracy theorists"; the Left don't buy into "misinformation". Clown world.

Notice Antifa never seems to mention China

The RCMP all showing up in force to Coventry Road could also be a similar op, they showed off how many cops and vehicles they have and the CBC journo was conveniently there to record it & put it on twitter so the normies attending saw it. It started the conversation about "seizing fuel" which made several people even in this thread give up hope immediately.
Pretty smart of the govt, but the truckers are stubborn lol
It certainly helps that actually leaving the convoy is non-trivial. If you're in a crowd protest, when things get dicey it's literally as easy as just quietly walking away. Enough people do this, and the crowd will thin to a sufficient degree that the remainder feels uncomfortable and out in the open such that they're going to want to leave too. It's a very rapid positive feedback loop because the cost of "leaving" is nothing, while the benefit of "staying" shrinks with the crowd.

With trucks on the other hand? If you want to leave, you're gonna have to let everyone around you know that you've had enough and that you want out, and then you'll be driving your truck all by your lonesome away from the convoy as everyone stares. There's going to be intense psychological pressure to not be the first one to leave. Here, the cost of "leaving" is great, but the cost of "staying" is just... chilling in your cab with the heat on. Inside a truck, you’re in no immediate danger until the bullets come out. Psychologically speaking, any individual trucker is heavily disincentivized from being the first to call it quits. Even when the crowd inevitably thins out (and it will, it's cold out and not everyone partying out there is a trucker, most still have normal jobs to go back to on Monday), the entire of 20 ton trucks are going to continue holding the line. The trucks themselves are really what's anchoring this protest.

Seriously, what can the government do? The only way those trucks leave the streets in a timely manner is if the truckers voluntarily drive them away. Mass arrests? Great, now you got as shit ton of trucks still blocking the streets. Try to freeze them out by taking away their fuel? Well... the truckers can just leave, have fun moving thousands (?) of trucks with empty tanks out of the city center. No matter what they try to do to the people, they will still be left with a shit ton of trucks that they have no way of handling.

How the fuck haven't these mandate cucks given up yet? It's just out of spite at this point. There's literally tens of thousands of people on the street intermingling and partying at 2 am every night without masks and possibly without vaccines every night.

All these truckers have either goten covid or getting it, and will be immune to it shortly... ORDIEAHORRIBLEDEATH. So just end it now.
Even if they do eventually lift the mandates, they won't do it while the truckers are still around or in the immediate aftermath of it because it would look like the protest worked. Multiple countries in Europe that the left adores have already flat out said they didn't consider Covid a major public health hazard anymore and I'm pretty sure a couple of those even have a slightly less vaccination rate than Canada does.

This protest was actually the best possible scenario. These truckers wont be "superspreaders" going from provincial town to provincial town. Its all concentrated. If someone with some medical clout could figure this out and tell it to the local government the mandates should be scientifically unnecessary within a few weeks , if they ever were.

Well people like the mandate crowd will come up with insane conspiracy theories like this is a white supremacist/Trump/Russian backed convoy. Because they admit that they we're wrong. Look at the covid conspiracy thread these people are thoroughly convinced that is not getting the jab will kill everyone.

Even as they get proven More and more wrong they will begin to create hug boxes and become fanatical in their position.

Has the Government gone after the trucker's families, arresting them and using them as hostages to get the Convoyers to give up? I'd actually want to see if Canada will go as far as to execute those families (especially if children get executed) live, for everyone to see, for pure shock value.
As much as that would solidify the majority of people's support behind the Truckers that is horrible, I don't want Canada to fall that low.... even though it's possible that may happen. *sigh*

From the one video inside Coventry camp, I get the distinct impression that there were multiple stockpiles. From a logistics and safety standpoint it makes sense, and the cops told them they were clamping down on fuel so I'm sure they left some out in the open to throw the cops a bone.

A good method of dealing with cops is to give them enough to justify their time and give them something to turn in at the station. They don't want to fuck about in the cold hauling gas cans out of every nook and cranny, but they also don't want to go back empty-handed.

Sometimes you've gotta help a brother out, even if he is a jackboot.

Fill up empty jerry cans with piss and whatever liquid garbage you might have. Might as well have them bring out your trash too.

On the tangent of idiotic mass transit ideas, come to Montreal!

Let's make the middle lanes on one of Montreal's busiest roads (Pie-IX) bus lanes and make pedestrians cross the street to get to the bus stop! Oh and you want to turn left? Well fuck you.

They have light rail now???? Why the fuck would they do that when they already have dedicated roads for buses across the city???

These are our "leaders", LOL.
What happens next? The light rails will find a defender. Like what happened in the south.

This really helps me feel better sometimes.

You know, the last few hours have made me feel better. Stepping away from the thread certainly helped. At the very least, this is what 1/6 dreams they could be, even if the feds didn't get involved. Also, the guy with the Keemstar beard is giving a pretty damn good speech.

So is the issue the fuel stockpile or the fuel supply line? If you don't want combustibles near the police station, the trucks themselves could explode, if that's the justification, so even topping off a tank with your only can would be "dangerous."
Sure, but a whole bunch of combustible material just sitting there is dangerous to everyone. I'm not saying it's good that the police took it. I'm just saying I can understand why.

I genuinely hope these freedom truckers will be alright. What they've done is amazing, especially in this day and age - standing up for their rights in peace - and they don't deserve to get mowed down for it. On the other hand, all those who claim to be 'on the right side of history' are violent, manic, and utterly unhinged.

The world's gone fucking mad and I hate that somehow it constantly gets worse with no silver lining anywhere in sight.
But there is a silver lining, this whole mess has really shown people's true colors. I actually have hope, these protests are amazing. I'm seeing the country unite against this tyrannical gov't, hang in there. :)

The whole reason this even happened to begin with is because the government ratcheted things up unnecessarily and without evidence for political reasons. Embarrassingly so. Why should a Canadian trucker need to provide vaccine proof when coming back from the US that requires a vaccine to get in? It's dumb. The only plausible explanation is that it was some kind of scheme to begin implementing a vaxpass.

Another bit of useless regs for truckers that only enriches those in power and with control over "monitoring" such things. The parasites in society that leech off of the workers by creating unnecessary wasteful positions like this. That is money that should be going into the trucker's pockets and they know it.
Mass arrests? Great, now you got as shit ton of trucks still blocking the streets.
That is not a small order. Nor will the optics be good. A bunch of truckers being manhandled out of cabs, honking horns, and singing O Canada is a PR nightmare and a clear violation of their rights. Everybody but Carol knows that.
