Canadian Truckers Convoy 2022 - The Leaf calls you a Nazi as he gasses you

That's really stupid because this was only true for feudal lords because they actually did the fighting and their legal system was a post-fact consolidation of Germanic conquests and military usurpations. Duke comes from Latin for general (Dux) for example. I think it's because we've been at peace for so long that anything happening outside the world of legalese has become unthinkable.
I for one welcome the violence. Bugmen have forgotten what safety, security, and liberty really mean.

The violence has escalated.

Of course they're mad. Their new, deeply held faith is under attack by unwashed heathens
I actually think for a lot of them they are legit agoraphobics and shut ins who enjoy never having to leave the house. Same with the work-from-home contingent of government and NFP wine moms who want to spend all day in their pajamas. My job has only been work-from-home very brief but my spouse has been at home for 2 years and their coworkers are pressing their managers hard to let them wfh permanently.

Now THAT is some grade A backtracking if I've ever seen it. So what she's saying now is that the government has the responsibility to order law enforcement to dilute gasoline and get their faces blown off by 120 ppi big rig tires? Not the angry Redditors?

Nice to know after going to a shit-tier college that the ivy league crowd graduates is no less than wiser than someone who graduates a third-rate debt trap.

Get a load of this assmad little turd.

Do the truckers have legitimate grievances? Honestly, who cares. Several analysts have patiently explained why they’re so upset. Canada may have dishonored the truckers by changing their COVID status from essential workers earlier in the COVID pandemic to nobody special. The oppressed truckers now have to abide by vaccination requirements and self-isolate like everybody else. Truckers who used to cross the Canada-U.S. border unaccosted now have to quarantine if they’re not vaccinated. Also, something unintelligible about “freedom.”

If they don't have legitimate grievances, then the bugmen can starve.

They're noodly armed faggot ass WHITE RACE TRAITOR soyjacks and whatever you call female soyjacks. All PERFECTLY HAPPY to call you racist colonizers living on unceeded iNdiGeNoUs lAnD, all while refusing to fuck off themselves.

Just respond with a jaunty tune:

This land is MY LAND
This land ain't yours...
I got a shot gun
And you don't got one
I'll blow your head off
If you don't GET OFF
This land was made for

ONLY MEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Soyjills?

Everybody else who's been working on self-driving cars & trucks has gone pretty quiet in recent years, probably because they're not making the kind of progress they've been promising. I've no doubt the tech will eventually be good enough to actually put into "production" use, but we're a long way away from that.
And because most of the corporate programming jobs are shifting to pajeets and mentally-ill trannies, don't expect this any time soon. This takes good old fashioned high-IQ healthy straight white male brains to resolve, and there are ever fewer of these in Sally Valley. Maybe the Chinese will think of something, but considering their general lag WRT innovation, I consider it unlikely.

Dunno if late but GiveSendGo has proclaimed that donations are still being sent to the honklers, the Ontario provincial government has no jurisdiction over GiveSendGo in its opinion and Doug Ford can get fucked
About fifteen pages back.

why does it alwasy seem that elite schools and university of pheonix type schools always put out a high number of haughty idiots.
mid tier and state schools seem to put out more average people.

"Maybe these truckers would have less problems if they just worked from home like the rest of us true intellectuals".

I'm quite sure Biden would be thrilled at being the newest target to be thrown under the bus by Trudeau.
Assuming you could wake him up long enough to explain it to him...

there's also the liability problems to make it viable for the average person, because right now. broke people arent buying 80 thousand dollae cars that you have no right to repair by yourself.
Tesla's products remain the exclusive domain of people with far more money than sense.

The only marginally interesting thing they make right now are those whole-roof solar power systems that replace the entire roof with individual solar panel "tiles" that look remarkably like ordinary everyday roof tiles. Compared to classic solar panels, they look nicer, allegedly produce more power (enough to provide power and charge a big battery for overnight power) and are reputed to be much easier to get past HOA prudes without a fight. But they don't have a proven track record of high durability (there's no installations old enough to really judge yet) and like everything else Tesla makes, they're expensive as fuck. Like $25k for an installation on a 1,500 square foot house. It'd literally take 20 years to recoup that expense at my place, and that's assuming it can actually handle 100% of the electrical load 24/7 and actually lasts 20 years exposed to the elements. And rechargeable batteries don't exactly last 20 years either.

As somebody who works in automation (not Tesla-type, but still), the promise of vision systems that can be used in a safety-critical capacity in an uncontrolled environment has been "just a few years away" for like forty years now.
Yeah. It's nowhere near where people assume it is. Same with linguistic stuff -- voice recognition, reasonably intelligent "conversational" skills, etc. That AI Dungeon crap runs on a timeshared state-of-the-art monster supercomputer cluster and it still falls apart after a few screens worth of interactions. Amazon Alexa and Google [whatever it's called] literally ship your spoken commands to their own dedicated monster supercomputer cluster to process and interpret them, and they still routinely get it wrong.

This stuff just isn't ready for anything "mission-critical" or fully automated.

The truckers have the Canadian government by the nuts and they have all the power as long as they stay put.

In my perspective, society is like the human body; it's an organism that needs multiple parts for survival, and just like the human body, a society can feel pain too, which is expressed through protests. After all, pain is a sign that something in your body isn't getting what it wants.

Truckers are the heart. Normally, when someone feels lots of chest pain, they don't shoot their own heart; they accept that they have it and try to eliminate its root cause. However, the creation of laws that discourage the truckers is like someone taking medications for chest pain; the symptom is temporarily relieved, but its root cause is left unaddressed. It's time for the government to look after the heart that keeps their own society together.

P.S. I wholeheartedly agree with the truck AI thing. Getting a vehicle's AI to be technically on par with your average drunk driver is going to be an ordeal.

Everything is a pandemic.

And so, I find all of this all being done in the name of freedom -- freedom from who? From mother nature? It's just -- it's just nonsense, and we're so late into this. It's so hurtful to their neighbors, the nurses, the doctors, and ultimately to the economies.

BECKY QUICK: But, Tom, they do have the right to protest?

TOM FRIEDMAN: They have a right to protest, but they should have a logic to their protest. I have a right to tell them their protest is stupid and selfish.

BECKY QUICK: But they represent a significant portion of the population in Canada and the United States. This is not a small part of the population, and they're angry over what's been happening over the last couple of years.

TOM FRIEDMAN: Sure, I'm angry. Call mother nature, get her on the phone and say stop spreading this pandemic.
My Early Life detector just got its first no-look bullseye.

Now is probably a good time to shift gears on donations.
I gave my bit. Join me. Fuck Trudeau and his regime, just as incompetent as Joey's regime of clowns.

also Tesla would look a lot worse if way more people had the cars. people talk about them glitching out all the time like aiming at civilians or rear ending cars. imagine if there were 100x as many teslas, it'd quickly look like a shit product.
