What disturbs me the most about this shit is the fact these people willingly want to get their tits lopped of or whatever tits they had. The after effects of that kind of thing is lifelong to boot, it may not be as risky as some other surgeries but I can't imagine that this kind of thing in any capacity is risk free considering where is even located at. I'd be amazed if any of them didn't have any issues from this later down the line considering how the after images look. It's going to take that shit awhile to heal as well btw, that's not gonna be no quick as a month at worst kind of healing no no, that's going take awhile. I hard heart surgery as an infant & I still have the scars from that decades later.
The reason I mention any of this is because considering that there are people who get these kinds of surgeries & regret it so much afterward that they initiate the ritual of the rope, the fallout of when that starts happening to the people she did do these surgeries to is going to be absolutely immense for her & I don't think she'll be able to contain it or explain it away or anything, it's going to be a lose lose situation for everybody involved (except the farms the obviously, unless you looked at the pictures like I did. (Sometimes makes me wish that heart surgery was a failure then I wouldn't be suffering through clown world right now.))
I'm really just speaking from a compassionate angle about this because this entire is just truly fucked up to be honest.

I'll take my negative ratings for it but I'm using it for context of this post.
I notice these SRS surgeons aren't ever trans themselves (as far as I've seen). Just further proof as far as I'm concerned that it's a bunch of sadists looking for big cash and a way to do the job without completing it, leaving their patients mangled without them being liable/forced to take responsibility for their exploitation. Whether or not they do hate trans is anyone's guess but I would not be surprised at this point.
And no one ever talks about it. Looping back to my above PL, I had never seen any of this shit until I came to KF threads about the butchers. I always assumed by default that the surgeries weren't safe but fuck this is way worse than I ever thought. Extremely alarming that it's not a even just one-off "professional" with too much power but a whole group of them doing this for years and years, both past and future.
I wish we could outright ban SRS surgeries until more research is done and consistent methods are developed. Not just for minors (still should be illegal even if they had 100% success rates) but for everyone hell-bent on getting the procedures. Might be cruel/unjust for me to even say these things, at least to trans who would label me transphobic without a second thought, but why the fuck would they not look into the other patients' surgeries and see these results before jumping at it? And if they did and still took the risk, I have zero sympathy. You played with fire and got badly burnt.
I would rather fuck the fully transformed Brundlefly than any of the example images.
FtM myself, this is the shit that prevents me from ever considering the transitioning surgeries. I had to force myself to accept what I have because I'm not fucking putting my body in the hands of an SRS surgeon when it's this chaotic and I function just fine physically. None of them. Not a single fucking one. Even the most "successful" ones.
I've had chest reduction for pain reasons but I don't think I can ever go full flat after seeing these scars. Those are so prominent and stick out like not just a sore thumb, but a thumb covered in pus-leaking sores and necrotic tissue. That'll leave patients hating their bodies for sure.
