Now, as people know, healthcare in the US is terrifyingly expensive and there is limited government funding for it, so people rely on having health insurance and I see that some of her victims, sorry, patients, refer to insurance paying only a percentage (70 percent, I think it was) of her charges. Now that means these youngster have to drum up thousands to pay their share. Probably by way of a loan or maybe even her extending them credit. Maybe even the parents remortgaging their home.

So, she's got patients / victims who are gaslit into thinking they need all this expensive surgery and who go into debt to pay for it. That they went into debt for it means they can't afford to sue. And even if they could, she'll pull out all her testimonials including those by the claimant that shows that the claimant was happy with it and has clearly been got at by TERFs. And there's probably massive exclusion clauses in her terms of business basically exonerating her from every possible liability.

Psychfag coming in here. Sat through the whole video to recap it for those who don't want to watch it. This literally felt like sitting in a session with someone. I also agree that this patient of hers is unironically retarded or has severe developmental delays.

Tl;dr- this patient's partner committed an hero in 2021, patient is having terrible survivors guilt because partner mentioned depression but patient didn't really press on the issue. Partner an hero'd INSIDE the house, thus patient spergs out for first part about how they would ensure it was outside because the cleanup would be easier and they would call the police first to make things easier for others. Patient remarks past couple of years as "ive accomplished a lot so why not go out on top?". So it's not about gender. 2. Patient is depressed, wants to die but not kill self

4. Patient has a PLAN to an hero (this is true the danger zone)
5. Patient is acting out steps in plan (is currently trying to die). Patient WILL an hero without intervention
6. They have made a serious attempt (read: failed gunshot, intentional OD on pills known to cause death etc. Not the cry for help type which is still very bad but not this bad) or are currently dead. Men are less likely to fail at suicide due to choosing more lethal methods like gunshot wounds. This also means being left living with what a suicide attempt leaves behind is worse. I've seen it irl.

Homie is at a 4-5 there. So if you or anyone you know is sad or says they want to kill themselves, asking them if they have a plan (in a concerned manner after letting them vent ) is actually not totally counterproductive. If you or anyone you know is in the 4-5 range you need to get help NOW.

Good questions. My theory is that she doesn't think very deeply or philosophically at all, and knows three things: a) there is published material 'proving' that SRS surgeries are medically necessary, b) she fucking loves chopping up people surgically, seeing what she can make go where, and generally frankensteining stuff (which she has actually said, using the actual verbatim words 'frankenstein stuff') and c) this is very profitable.

Are people really born in the 'wrong' body? Do we have gendered souls? Does surgery really have long term positive/ the best outcomes? I bet she's never really contemplated these questions.
