I, for one, love the idea of Chris tooling down the bike lane on a too-small-for-him scooter with his unicorn horn on and wisps of thinning hair blowing majestically in the oncoming wind. I imagine him wearing a pair of pink tinted motorcycle riding goggles as his gunt, hairy and uncovered by his medium sized MLP t-shirt, jiggles up and down with each pebble he rides over. People honking their horns at the grotesquely fascinating sight of a manchild in kids clothing grinning like he owns the road as he doesnt even attempt to maintain his sputtering douchemobile in the bike lane, and Chris in turn waving at them with a smile, as he deludes himself into genuinely believing that they are either fans of his, or avid supporters of trans rights rooting him on. If Chris was viewing/downloading CP, I'm sure he'd have been busted for that a LONG time ago, if that were his thing.

People who commit that sort of crime and get away with it - even for a rather short span of time - have to have some sort of digital slight of hand; they have to be more or less "good at it" in terms of their opsec.

Chris doesn't know didly-squat about cyber security or networking protocols. He's likely dumb enough that he doesn't even know what a VPN is, let alone how to use one (and/or too cheap to pay the fees and sign up).

Seeing as how easily he's been hacked in the past so many times due to his absolute non-existent opsec, I'm pretty sure that if Chris sought out child pr0n on the Net, he'd probably get popped pretty much immediately...

There are group homes for varying degrees of individuals from full retard to just heavily damaged like Chris is. He will get a room and supervised access to TV and Internet and not allowed any pornography, especially while in sec offender treatment. My uncle works at a group for mentally disturbed sex offenders who are unable to fully care for themselves as adults.
