Liams turn was always the oddest to me. Guy owns copies of the Monster Girl Encyclopedia (Jammed with loli bs) and a box copy of Sengoku Rance (Heros goal is to literally fuck every woman, consent or not), not to mention his best known joke from SBFP is dropping hard R during Star Fox Adventures. Talk about an overcorrection.

Liam is a weird case indeed. They had that anime bit on the podcast and I assume Woolie created that segment because he thought Liam is always up to date on the latest animu, much like he created How Hath God Blighted for Pat. Because out of four of them Liam is jokingly the weeb. But he's surprisingly held back. He's weirdly in this place where he's weeb enough to be aware and watch stuff like Bakemonogatari or Madoka, something the other three are too normie to even touch, but he's not deep enough for the really obscure anime. He's also not attached to basic anime that Woolie/Pat and the mainstream media loves like Attack on Titan or Jojo, like he's aware of them and might have seen a few eps? But he never felt like he cared for them.

He also never really unleashed his power level on the channel. Like you said he had Monster Girl books that has lolis (srsly who cares?), and Rance who is well known for being hentai fantasy hero who rapes the animu girls, but you go and watch Creepy Anime Bullshit (again, something I assume Matt created because Liam is anime man of the group and they can build a segment of videos around that) and they play stuff like Akiba Undressed or Galgun and his commentary is less creepier than Matt and its the same commentary he does with most LPs which is just focus on explaining how the gameplay works or pointing out popular Japanese things that most people wouldnt know because hes a weeb and can read a little bit of Japanese.

I think it was a definite fear of getting cancelled that broke him mentally. He realized his popularity was gaining, but only when he did edgy shit not even the other three fat fucks were comfortable doing. Saying Nigger a couple times is like his highlight. Everyone points at Pat as the guy who drove Liam away, which is kind of true, but I also think he was going to fold like a bitch out of the spotlight eventually just because he was scared of having a Twitter mob descend on him like a school of ravenous fish.

Aside from his content and woolie himself being so boring and hard to watch, without a Pat or Matt to reign him in his autism is on full fucking display, and its not the enjoyable Pat kind of autistic sperging, this is just irritating and actively sabotaging his content. But in this case literally 70% of WoolieVS's content is woolie sperging out all cross eyed on stream. He should rebrand his channel as "autistic black guy with rare neuroses struggles through vidya" and bag some IDpol money and sponsorship. Literally the only thing worth watching in the channel is the DMC5 LP which is actually really fun, which proves they've still got it. Its just that in all these years we thought Woolie was the normal and levelheaded guy but he's as retarded as the rest but the chemistry between them was one in a million nd they complemented each other well. Which brings me to my main complaint, why tf can't woolie and Pat do more LP's. Literally why, like wtf is their reasoning? Would we miss out on such amazing content like woolie going through menus and taking 30 minutes to summarize the plot to a bored and awkward Reggie every 10 minutes for his intellectual coolguy larp and Pat fighting playing with his pets on stream and pretending to care about streaming and his army of chat-goblins and paypigs...

SBFP worked specifically because each guy had limiters on in the form of the others. Without them, you get all of their flaws with none of the positives.

Yeah I think thats really what it was, its clear the guy didnt really want a big following.
when he was solo streaming even he said he was perfectly content with the base of people that watch him at the time, which wasnt a lot. And constantly assures people who say theyre guilty of not subbing to not mind it so much. As the resident Liam defender i will defend Liam once more and say that the real begining of the end(at least in terms of the podcast) came when he left for obvious reason like how the podcast became longer in average even when they had less people but mostly because out of all them he was the one who knew more about the gaming industry .... and the one that actually played games
