Which is sadly a legitimate concern, especially with people sick committed enough to spend a year's salary on a streamer. Still i wonder if there really is "the 3D studio" and not COVER just renting out a place when they need it (e.g. for big events / birthdays etc.).

Thats the reason i didnt end up being too fond to nijiEN : too. many. impromptu. collabs. Im more the type of watching the talent alone without interruptions, at least in holoEN you know that if someone is playing minecraft, jump king or apex, others might join in. But in nijiEN its at random, you will never know, im not a fan of the fujobait males nor some of the female talents so for me its a permanent skip on nijiEN. I tried.

You're probably totally right, I haven't kept up to date in ages.

I assumed Artemis jumped in popularity because they were aping the shark thing when Gura launched. It wasn't their skill or personality from the few streams I tried to watch.

Also, you might want to avoid the chat of holoEN streams for the next 2-3 days, because seeing how EN bros took the news worse than JP ones, and the fact that to this day EN keeps mourning about Aloe every time it gets referenced, chat will get high cancer levels. Im skipping every holo stream for today hoping tomorrow things calms down.

Didn't (((she))) start as Pikamee's mode or something? Afaik Artemis kind of kicked off the whole pre-debut Vtuber trend with networking on twitter as a primary mean of starting your chuuba career since it worked for xem pretty well.

I recently got way more into Nijisanji than Hololive actually. I'll still watch the Gamers but just the odd stream or Collabs. Nijisanji I'll find myself watching far more clips and streams.

...but then I encountered the issue you mentioned. I really like Nina Kosaka but she basically never streams by herself. Most of her streams seem to have at least two or three people in them with her or they'll pop in. Not a fan of shorts or ASMR. Some of her Collabs are grand though but they're the only really her ones with the Ethyria girls.

Sometimes you just want to watch the one Vtuber lol Unless the group has great chemistry it's a lot of shouting over eachother or trying to get the most attention.

That's actually something that's annoyed me. So many English commentators and Vtuber drama channels trying to claim that EN fans are totally cool and sensible about their waifus but the JP side are crazy. The EN fans are just as bad from what I see.

And yeah the sperging about Aloe is just weird. She was a non-entity for a few months at most and then got fired. People seriously put her on the level of loss as Coco or Rushia. Say what you will about Rushia but she's been there for two years and is a massive draw. They are not the same.

I don't believe that for a second, we haven't seem anything about cover scouting talents in a long time and they surely have more that enough good candidates from audition to go searching for random indies.

i also dont really buy it but there is a chance that Fauna put out a word out for her considering how lots of the JP were friends and how even Sana was Ina's friend, if they wanted more EN ASMR chuubas then its proably a solid thing to just ask the current talent who is good and trustworthy
