that is not the case in this war though. pro ukraine propaganda efforts do not really reach russia, russian media is tightly controlled by the russian state, so this kind of 'victory through propaganda' is not an option for ukraine.

Given the lack of actual sabotage, either Spetsnaz are the real clowns of this war, or the Ukranian government is self-sabotaging by calling every blue-on-blue incident a "saboteur" and feeding the paranoia, thus leading to more incidents.
