Putin just needs to start demanding payment in Rubles or gold. Of course not settling in dollars would be breach of contract but the EU has shown it doesn't care about that. Russia has the opposite problem of all shithole countries that end up collapsing through sanctions, they have too much hard currency and have been banned from selling it. A big motivator for the burgers kicking Russia out of SWIFT is to prevent Russia dumping it's dollars.
Lol 'western trade'. The bulk of global finished manufactured products are made in SE Asia, mostly China. Is China banning exports to Russia? The only thing that would worry Putin is being denied access to semi conductors, which means Taiwan. I doubt that's a long term concern.
One last thing for all the spergs simping for Ukraine. Russia achieved air supremacy 24 hours after the invasion. Take a minute and consider what that means in terms of tactical superiority on the battlefield. Russia could utterly destroy the Ukrainian army any time it feels like, instead they're confining themselves to ground maneuvers. Advance, surround and hold. They've been so careful in avoiding damaging civilian infrastructure that the only instances of non military assets being hit are all friendly fire incidents on the Ukrainian side. Whatever Putin has in mind it obviously does not involve conquering a wasteland.
