Isn’t this to get Chris in a position where he is legally competent enough to defend himself?
Depends on the things we don’t know yet of course, but the state of his last letters puts a suicide attempt in the running, and he’s shown zero signs as of January of even the slightest hint of improvement. He’s only gotten worse, and that’s with state therapy already working him to get his act together to stand trial. Tripling down on the crazy talk now with the added spice of desperation and panic. At this point, I doubt even his own legal counsel wants him freed. And I also doubt anybody on either side wants to keep this no-win situation going indefinitely. He’s truly a lost fucking cause. When it comes to Chris these days, your safest bet is to assume the worst.

Okay y'all in what letter did Chris say he was drawing a magic portal or something?

Was this around the time where he starts sending out the prayers?

This could be a clue as to what happened.

Chris is crazy hes already on a legitimate spectrum since a child and nothing about him that has led to this is alright.
He's also not someone who isn't guilty by reason of insanity, nor is he incompetent to stand trial for raping his mom. That said, it's a good thing Virginia is erring on the side of caution and sending him for de-tarding to some loony bin.

What these hospital people don't know about is the time tested Chandler household tard treatment solution. All they got to do is put Chris into a room full of toys. That's it. Chris will calm down and become responsive. Problem solved.
no he wont, he will just dive deeper into the world of make-believe, talking in silly voices making nonsense conversation and role-playing with the toys ;-/

He'll probably have more intense tard wrangling than he has previously. If they want to hold him down and record his screams, there will be no Borb to stop them.
Fuck Chris. If he is in the nut hatch then I hope he stays there for the rest of his short, miserable life. I don't care if we never hear from him again, he needs to be locked away where he can't bother decent people. He deserves far worse.
I hope he gets raped and murdered by someone like that dude J.T. Walsh played in Sling Blade.

Random question for people in the know:

Are you still allowed to smoke in these hospitals? Not in them, I assume, but are smokers still allowed to get a fix?

Magi-Chan is going to be fucking pissed if Goddess Blue-Heart not only has to be around slow-in-da-minds, but smokers too.
They are highly discouraged from smoking where my friend was and the nurses handed out those nicotine patches on the regular, but patients complained that they didn't help cravings much. There was a basketball court where a few patients shuffled around smoking, God knows how they got them in, or how the cigs got lit.

I always assumed he bastardized some multiverse weebshit he has observed while watching family guy or anime.
The Idea Guys got Chris into Hyperdimension Neptunia, a video game and anime series where there are goddesses controlling nations inspired by the major video game consoles. This is where the CPU Blue Heart thing comes from, Chris made it up so his Commodore 64 could also have a goddess (who is himself) because the C64 was his first video gaming device and he is nostalgic about it and I think it reminds him of Bob. The goddesses all have advisors called oracles and since they're all pretty anime girls that fits in with Chris's love quest.

I don't think he actually said that. Someone hypothesized it then people started repeating it.
No he told someone he had one incident with guards in jail when he highlighted a portal on the wall to them. He may have actually just told them he saw it and not physically drawn it but that was how he phrased it.

People who live off government hand outs really really abuse this system often
e'yup. many physically disabled people pretend to be suicidal when they blew their tugboat or just need a free caregiver for awhile because their spouse or family got sick of them. i saw a completely quadrapledgic fucker say he was "going to end it all" n i had to run my ass around the corner to LMFAO because nobody asked "HOW? hold your breath?" lol

we became cigarette chat buds later n he told me he was saving up money for his daughter to buy a car for school.

seen way less "aww" moments though.
like paraplegics pouring piss in pressure sore dressings to keep from going back to prison.

Since the subject comes up so persistently while discussing Chris's legal troubles, this might interest some on here. There actually was a successful NGRI defense argued a few weeks ago in Virginia. It's useful to see the kind of severe lack of capacity they expect during the actual time of the crime for that to work. In short, this defendant had episodes where he would black out, having no memory of his actions during that time. Both this guy and Chris are both in the custody of the Department of Behavioral Health so there's a slim chance of the roommates with an insane murderer saga ;)

Here’s the bit about the portal. It’s from the November 16 2021 letter:

5. Have you been in trouble while in jail? Have they put you in solitary confinement or something? If so, what did you do to get in trouble, and what was your punishment?

Once, and the Details have been written in my Goddess Log Pages. In short: I tried to enlighten the stage by hilighting a Portal. You will have to Wait for the Book Publishing to read more on that ;)
What does he mean by “enlighten the stage”? Where was he when this happened? What exactly did he do? Who fuck knows.

Remember: Chris lies.

Why is the psychiatric facility quality so evenly divided? Is it simply monetary issues or are their more serious lack of development in the understanding of mental illness in American medicine, or corruption from a government that don’t really care that much about tards or insane people?
It's way more random and complicated than that here. In a previous post, I mentioned I used to work for a 350 bed acute care facility owned by a university. They got research grants (not from big pharma because: ethics), plus the university received a lot of psychiatrist would-be MDs since it was a teaching hospital. I think the dealing with fresh, enthusiastic young MDs motivated the older MDs on retainer. It didn't matter if you didn't have insurance or good insurance. The treatment was the same. It had zero to do with insurance or money. The facility was pretty nice to be honest. But.......
Are you still allowed to smoke in these hospitals? Not in them, I assume, but are smokers still allowed to get a fix?
Back in the early 2000s the acute care facility I worked at up north had a smoking room. Then it became a non-smoking facility. Gone were the days of a hospital having a designated smoking area for staff and patients. Nicotine patches were handed out. A patient had to turn in a patch to receive a new patch. But that didn't prevent non-smoking patients from claiming they needed a patch on admission and stashing it after it was prescribed by their MD. So patches became the new contraband that were traded and often misused, like a person wearing multiple patches. Now no smokes and no patches. Get your cold turkey, right now!
Money talks and bullshit walks.
don't lift a fucking finger to help themselves ever in their lives, and piss and burn away every dollar they have. Then they sit there and say "Y HEALTH CARE SO SPENSIVE FUCKING GOVERNMENT!" These are also the same people who munchie out every time they get an ache in their chest and go running as fast as they can to the ER. Then they have the audacity to complain about the thousand dollar ER bill they rang up for themselves as if they had no control over it.
The mentality: 'If I have to spend one cent on health care, then I don't want it! I don't care if I have a job! I'll have to pay $40 a month for myself and my family of 4! Heck no!'
Seriously, that mentality annoyed me. I paid said discount private healthcare while unemployed and it was better than my company healthcare I lost in the early 2000s. It stressed preventative care, low co-pays, no deductible, and it was way better than Medicaid. Medicaid was the state pays, but you don't pay and very few places accept it. This was discount Blue Cross Blue Shield and accepted lots of places. So what if I had to budget $40 a month? Sadly, this program went by the wayside do to lack of interest from the public.
