Horrorcow Lucas Werner - A man of Spokane, Washington who is obsessed with millennial and Gen Z chicks

Is there possibly a chance of failure to communicate between his doctors and Mallon? Was the ball dropped and someone forgot to mention to them that he should be on a strict diabetic diet? Or did they expect Lucas to inform Mallon that he should be watching what he eats unless he wants to lose a foot? He’s already angry he can’t hit up Mexican joints the second they open for his morning 3000 calories, so you know he would just casually “forget” to mention anything to them. Offering extra white bread with his white bread along with an ice cream sandwich… somebody either missed the memo that that foot is about to be chopped off or they really just don’t give a shit. It would honestly be in their best interest to give even a single fuck about what he’s eating because they’ll be the ones having to wipe his ass if he can’t hobble to the bathroom on his own.
A question though: even if he loses a foot, isn’t there a chance that his body is so gone and rotten that new amputation wouldn’t heal well? It’s not like you lop off a foot and all is well again, right? If he’s expected to act like an adult and take care of his new stub by maintaining even the most basic of hygiene, I don’t see it going well for him.
I could be wrong but isn't Mallon more of an assisted living establishment rather than a medial one (i.e. skilled nursing facility)? If so they don't necessarily receive direct communication from doctors and it could be a HIPAA violation if they did without permission.

As to the foot- absolutely. A diabetic who has had to have a foot amputation due to nerve damage or vascular insufficiency has a very poor prognosis. Not just the liklihood of further surgery but mortality as a whole. Vascaular surgeons are often just buying time by lopping off parts of feet and leg at a time for patients who will continue to deteriorate until they run out of lower extremities to lose or decide to stop invasive treatments and eventually die of systematic infection. It's a awful way to slowly go.

(Edit: don't smoke, eat like a pig or drink a lot (liver failure is also awful) or at least have an exit plan if you do)

It isn’t good. If we assume Lucas got MRSA prior to his current foot wound and it went dormant after an aggressive treatment of antibiotics. He didn’t walk away unscathed. Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus produce toxins that are particularly damaging to the smooth muscle cells that enable lymph to flow through your body and the damage is fairly permanent. This weakens your body’s immune system overall.

Now for an able bodied adult this isn’t that big of a deal, but for Lucas? He isn’t a paragon of health and this just adds another layer of stress on an immune system that is already struggling to heal his foot. That truckload of adipose tissue in his belly isn’t doing his immune system any favors either.

Also relevant is that MRSA is polymicrobial, which means all sorts of different pathogens can potentially be carrying MRSA and he can get a fresh infection that would require another round of treatment, doing further damage.

It also just occurred to me that Lucas could have gotten his foot wound debrided a few weeks or a month ago and if enough tissue had been removed, it would lengthen the amount of time it would take to fully heal, so that might be the reason he’s still recovering.

If Lucas gets a MRSA infection in his foot wound, then the chances of amputation increase significantly.

Trips to the wound clinic and a negative pressure arc incoming. He's a whiny bitch too; it'll be fun watching him seethe over glucose checks and Novolin R injections. Washington state has their funding all fucked up though. Mandatory psyche med regimen? Check. Diet restricting ice cream sandwiches and pasta? Well.....no. Maybe a sky high A1C doesn't matter as long as he isn't yelling in the streets.

Could the presence of MRSA complicate diabetic foot sores?

Oh and btw more gross institutional food, bean soup, ubiquitous ranch salad, (more croutons than salad, really) two slices bread and ice cream sandwich:

I can't be the only one weirded out by the fact that he couldn't wait until after he took a picture of his meal to eat half the ice cream sandwich. You just know his eyes lit up and he dove into that like a starving dog the moment he got it in his hands like the greedy obese glutton he is. I bet he was literally giddy when he saw it

and I feel sorry for his roommate after lucas ate all those beans. I bet he was sitting around farting and laughing about it for hours after he ate

and I bet he was giddy as fuck when he saw that shit tier pizza, and if left to his own devices would eat the entire pizza himself, if not two

It may be an assisted living facility but such places still provide daily medications to residents and are supposed to be providing appropriate diets when they're required. They don't have doctors on staff usually but they are required by law to have at least one registered nurse on the premises at all times and a licensed nutritionist that creates menus and approves meals for each resident. In other words, residents who are diabetic, have liver or heart issues and things of that nature are supposed to have diets tailored to those needs. Low salt and sugar for diabetics, low protein for kidney issues, etc... If they're not doing that (and if those pictures lucas keeps taking are any indication they're not) then they're violating at least a few laws and regulations and are liable for any harm that comes to any residents as a result of not providing appropriate meals and such. In other words, if lucas loses a foot because mallon place because they stuffed him full of pizza and ice cream sandwiches lucas can sue them and cause all kinds of regulatory problems and investigations over it. Not that lucas is smart enough to know this or how to go about doing so

That said, it stands to reason that lucas isn't the only one not being fed appropriately for his medical conditions

Any threats to commit not alive are complete manipulation, poorly at that. Lucas has neither the means nor any real desire to kill himself, and never will. His cowardice extends in all directions and dimensions, as wide as it is tall so to speak.

I figure that eventually as the end of his life approaches he'll go from seeking a queefy bae to railing against all bitches for not accepting his retard batches, he'll vacillate between incredulity that those goddamn sluts wouldn't accept his spoiled seed ("TELOMERASE!!! COME ON!!! HEALTHY BABIES?????") and big doomer hours about how not only his life is ending but he has no legacy, same as lots of shitty old men in that regard
Damn that’s bleak. What’s even crazier in this regard is that he had somebody in his life at one time and he fucked that up because she wasn’t young enough.

Coming here is always nice to appreciate that while life may suck losing relationships, facing rejection and things fucking up Lucas is pure failure and as it has been said many times before your life will not be that miserable unless you think like he does and don’t accept advice until you are made homeless and crippled from your failed love quest.

Lucas is a flaming narcissist, violent and unstable. He is unfit to be in a relationship period.

Yeah it’s amazing given his garbage personality that it ever happened to begin with the way Lucas exhibits more red flags than a parade in Red Square. I don’t think he can process how lucky he was back then that a woman even gave him a chance at love and a roof over his head.

Edit: stupid question maybe but if Lucas could turn back time is there anything he would do differently to avoid his fate at Mallon Place?

I personally don't think he has the capability to reflect on any of his past decisions to get him to where he is at now. I don't think he can even regret eating an entire tube of cookie dough hours after when he has a stomachache. Like can the beetus give your entire body neuropathy?! Well shit...I just answered my own question. (I actually thought it just affected the feet)

"Overview. Peripheral neuropathy, a result of damage to the nerves located outside of the brain and spinal cord (peripheral nerves), often causes weakness, numbness and pain, usually in the hands and feet. It can also affect other areas and body functions including digestion, urination and circulation."

Personal sperge.
Have Neuropathy. It has spread to my hands now. It starts in extremities. I am on medication now to control it. It's an invisible ailment.

Since his 20's he should have been put in a facility where he'd be constantly monitored and medicated.

As grim as these nursing home meals look I actually somewhat enjoy this content over the boring political/social memes he posts. It's always good for a quick laugh to see what miserable meals he's eating himself to death with. I guess thats about as good as it gets now that he can't spend his tugboat on impressive meals. Living in a nursing home sure has taken his content from "lol that's just sad" to "yikes...that's fucking depressing"

Umm no. ALFs are required to provide basic support. Even though Lucas may be a mental health case, he has medical needs which are part of his overall health that he cannot independently manage. If you look at the past investigations for the folks who own Mallon, it’s noted that ALFs are required to assist in providing help for clients medical issues including giving meds, etc and that if clients refuse meds ordered by their doctor, Mallon is supposed to call the doctor.

They are also supposed to provide appropriate diets for the persons issues. So if someone has issues with being too thin, they do nutrient shakes, etc. there are limits of course depending on the individuals needs vs what the ALF is licensed for. But dietary restrictions isn’t that advanced and if his doctor hasn’t put him on a diabetic diet the doctor deserves to lose his license.

So my guess is that either the ball was dropped or Lucas spazzed too hard about a diabetic diet that the doctor allowed him to do what he wants. Lucas would literally threaten to off himself if he were forced to diet. I’m sure he claimed that he would exercise or whatever. But that’s the only scenario that makes sense beyond Mallon just completely fucking up.

Feel free to look up ALF licensing regs. There’s a lot Mallon should be doing.

Lemon and pepper seasoning by the cup of coffee. Definitely not the worst meal the Wern has posted but he really doesn’t understand food sharing on Instagram.

I wonder if he alienated everybody by now haven’t heard much about Jamie or the rest of his neighbours.

It wouldn't surprise me if lucas had some kind of argument with them during one of their 'games' and got told by the staff to stop recording them and leave them alone. Given how he behaved toward them it makes sense. Plus its standard lucas MO to just drop certain subjects and pretend they don't exist when he gets in trouble over them

That said I bet lucas isn't happy at all being fed stuff like that, let alone in portion sizes that are clearly too small for his liking

But lucas, you also tried to use false Christian beliefs to get women to go with you, claiming that if they didn't they were going to go to hell, remember?

I'm really curious as to where Lucas is getting this massive mad-on towards christians. He can't be interacting with much christian anything at Mallon, is he just reverting to his past behavior because it's comfortable and familiar? You never hear him mention flat bills anymore, it's just rawr Christians bad.

Edit:. Imagine living in this sort of brain that produces Lucas's content now: It's either "look at my food that I didn't make", presented without comment, or "let me tell you how bad this group of people are, and how much better I am by proxy"

Is that grapes, macaroni, and hot dogs? I thought his group home had a responsibility to serve him decent food nutritionally

He always has coffee in his pics now. I thought he used to not like it? This is a guy who goes to Starbucks and gets hot chocolate (and banned, but I digress). If I had to wager a guess I bet he'd consume literally anything available to him at this point. Also lol at the lemon pepper. I bet he went and spent some of his remaining $15 on it, I don't see an institutional cafeteria putting seasonings on the table to be used like salt and pepper. Come to think of it they probably don't even season anything in the kitchen either. He used to put insane amounts of condiments on food but apparently his new fixation is seasonings like insane amounts of pepper.

Those look like garbage tier underripe olives, and that's cheap farmer's sausage.

This is basically the exact shit that gets delivered to anyone with a GFS contract. It's up to the chefs to make it as palatable as possible, but when you've got a budget of like, $7 per meal per person it's fucking rough.

@Obscenity Enthusiast
Milky coffee is probably a stand in for soda

100% agree that he bought the lemon pepper with his own money. Lucas has mentioned many times that he puts an obscene amount of pepper on foods, like even beyond the ridiculous amount of Sriracha mayo we've seen.
