I'm noticing this sudden increase in needing to be rewarded, did he actually quit champions and now needs his ass pats somewhere else.

He goes on and on and on about how the side quests in Horizon don't give him good rewards. like more than a passing mention. Like it really bothers him. Then there's just this stream he keep mentioning getting rewarded for doing something or questions where his reward is for playing the game. Like just now he was told that this tower is part of a side quest and he won't be able to progress. He doesn't care, he wants to kill the mage for his reward.

it's like some weird Pavlov's dog thing, where WWEC conditioned him that he gets rewards for doing things in a game so not he's salivating anytime he does something in a game

This is what I think gives 'Phil doesn't enjoy videogames' a lot of weight. His most common complaint for most games is the wrong input, but my idea is just pressing the buttons to do a thing isn't giving him the dopamine anymore. Peak addict behaviour when they can't get a fix is to lash out

If DSP was doing his own shopping then we would have a once a month rant about how Safeway was out of gin Fruity Pebbles or how they carry the wrong cans of tomatoes for his authentic Italian sauce.

Anime fighters. He's had a hate boner for the since people stopped playing Super Turbo back in the day and moved onto games like Guilty Gear Accent Core and Blazblue. "Twink Fighter" in general stemmed from when he and one of his CT drones were walking by a Blazblue set up, during which Phil called it "Twink Fighter" and "a game for Twinks".

I will never get this mindset that some FGC fags use where they consider some games to be "anime fighters" and therefore "lesser" while considering shit like Street Fighter and KOF as not being "anime". arena fighters/tie-in games, maybe, but not Guilty Gear and Blazblue.

I don't think we've seen anything in his bank leaks point to grocery delivery services as well.

You do realize that you can get shorted on items and unexpectedly receive a substitute item when you shop online too right? So full blown ranting about unavailable items wouldn't even be strong evidence he goes to the grocery store himself.

I'll just appeal to his routine-tism. He loves doing the same shit every week.

He also uses gift cards at the grocery store to hide his gacha spending and I'm not sure you can buy gift cards online (as in physical ones from the grocery store) because a checkout person has to manually activate them.

Edit: I could be wrong about that last bit.

ER gameplay really started now, DICK LIGHTNING. He kept screaming at people who told him to switch builds because his oneshot shit was boring and he screamed at them. Now, the variety is very robust and flavourful. He can spam dick lightning from the horse for maximum action (I haven't seen his ER gameplay properly so I'm just guessing). Horizon exists, DST autism.

Tbh I'm sure when Champs was first discovered his login rate was every single day, unless the site doesn't track as well as it used to it does seem he's losing interest or something. Maybe the hits from the game and throwing money at it are loosing their edge? I've never met anyone at this stage of addiction but I presume like drugs you need more and more to obtain the high, so if he's done everything he can in the game maybe he is looking for validation elsewhere. His obsession with those 100 likes and his failed member thing comes to mind. I mean the likes over all mean fuck all for him, they don't get him that money and there is no evidence its linked to Super Thanks specifically, at best he could be fishing for a new whale.

• "Fighting games need a serious injection of new content and hype." is a pretty funny thing to say from someone who's only played Super Turbo and dropped every other fighting game within a day. Also, why is he talking about EVO like it's a game that needs DLC? It's a tournament. A tournament for some of the biggest fighting games with the largest communities. Of course some games are bound to show up in EVO, especially SFV, DBFZ, and Tekken.

This is Granblue Fantasy Versus's first time in EVO iirc, and theirs is a community that was begging for a big tournament like this, because a lot of players considered the game dead. My hope is that EVO gets new and even current players to play GBFV and Skullgirls, since they also do sales for fighting games while EVO is going on. A big tournament like this is a step up for the community and I hope it helps them. Phil's just being a contrarian faggot like he always does.

You tried fitting a square peg into a circular hole, and it didn't work, so you bashed it against the wall and cried for your trainset. I found it weird that DSP went so apeshit about going after that Tree Sentinel (you know, the 30+ attempts, yelling at his chat for telling him to drop it, the whole "the problem nowadays is that people run from a challenge" etc etc), to then proceed to run from any challenge whatsoever after defeating the Tree Sentinel. Then I looked up Elden Ring weapon tier lists: Golden Halberd is S tier. Big shocker. "The Golden Halberd is one of the weapons you can use the entire game, and it will always be very good".
